Portals Part 4 of 5 — The Team Attacks a Vampire Nuclear Plant

The captives escape their power-draining cells and turn the Strickfield Nuclear Power Plant into a battlefield against Mayor Gunter’s vampire army.

Arial Mirren discovers she still carries Queen Arcadia’s fire, light, and electrical powers, while Bella Taibon, Felicia Mirren, the twin Donnerly cousins, and Carter Cross fight to reach the portal controls. Their first strike damages the machine but cannot stop the vampires for long. Outnumbered and exhausted, the group must decide whether destroying the reactor itself is the only way to prevent Gunter from harvesting innocent people across the multiverse.

Part four drives the five-part saga toward its last stand. Mary Worth prepares a spell to move surviving mortals beyond the potential blast, Madelyne and Eileen weaponize a battered car and sunlight gauntlets, and Carter takes his BMX skills into the fight. Then another giant bat carries Arial away from the team and into a confrontation with her mother—and the hidden partner who helped create vampire Earth.
