Before Deadly Second Chances continues, we return to two twisted tales that introduce Jensen Mirren—not as a villain, but as someone whose obsession, jealousy, and desire for control bring about monstrous consequences.

💋 Story 1: People Can Lick Too
Zach and his girlfriend Jensen Mirren are deep into a physical relationship when a shocking moment from Zach’s past crashes into the present. An infamous urban legend—“People can lick too”—becomes all too real. But that’s just the beginning. Zach finds himself tangled between Jensen and his dangerously unhinged ex, Sylvia Charmer. Their strange, violent history resurfaces… with Jensen watching, waiting, and sharpening her claws.
🐍 Story 2: Silvia
Zach’s life spirals as he’s caught between two women with very different kinds of madness. Sylvia’s obsession with snakes and revenge reaches deadly new heights, but Jensen isn’t just the safe option—she’s controlling, manipulative, and maybe even more dangerous. In the end, one woman stands victorious, but what’s left of Zach’s sanity may not survive.

These stories are essential listening before Deadly Second Chances continues—with Jensen Mirren ready to step back into the spotlight.

00:00:01.080 --> 00:00:06.120
Hello, my spookys. No, you're not mistaken about what day

2
00:00:06.160 --> 00:00:10.960
it is. It's Tuesday, the day before the next installment

3
00:00:11.480 --> 00:00:17.239
of our summer mini series, Deadly Second Chances. Tonight, I

4
00:00:17.320 --> 00:00:20.679
want to give you a special refresher as we dive

5
00:00:20.800 --> 00:00:25.239
into the sordid history of Strickfield and offer some of

6
00:00:25.280 --> 00:00:30.760
the most demented residents a second chance at salvation. Our

7
00:00:30.879 --> 00:00:35.759
next contestant of sorts is Jensen Mirren, someone we learned

8
00:00:35.799 --> 00:00:39.359
all about in the very earliest days of Strickfield and

9
00:00:39.439 --> 00:00:45.640
weekly spooky, someone with a very slithering mentality. If you

10
00:00:45.719 --> 00:00:50.679
will so enjoy these two episodes and I'll see you tomorrow,

11
00:00:51.039 --> 00:00:56.960
people can lick two by Ron Fields. I was having

12
00:00:57.000 --> 00:01:01.399
some hot sex with my girlfriend Jensen in my bedroom

13
00:01:01.439 --> 00:01:04.640
at the house. We came here to finish our date.

14
00:01:05.120 --> 00:01:07.799
I'd been seeing Jensen since the start of junior year

15
00:01:07.799 --> 00:01:11.400
at Strickfield University, about three months after I broke up

16
00:01:11.439 --> 00:01:19.439
with Sylvia Charmer Man fuck just thinking about that creepy girl.

17
00:01:20.400 --> 00:01:23.840
Suddenly I felt Jensen shoved me off of her. I

18
00:01:23.920 --> 00:01:26.799
fell to the floor and was greeted by my dog Sparky,

19
00:01:27.000 --> 00:01:30.159
who was usually lying underneath my bed. I got up

20
00:01:30.200 --> 00:01:34.719
and saw Jensen's angry look. You're thinking about her again, Zach,

21
00:01:35.239 --> 00:01:40.079
she snapped. I wasn't. I started to protest, Yes, you were,

22
00:01:40.480 --> 00:01:43.719
she interrupted, I know, because you don't make love to

23
00:01:43.760 --> 00:01:47.519
me with passion whenever you're thinking about her. She looked

24
00:01:47.560 --> 00:01:49.760
at me like she just found out I was still

25
00:01:49.799 --> 00:01:54.120
sleeping with Sylvia. I mean I wasn't. That was just

26
00:01:54.200 --> 00:01:57.439
how she looked. I know I'm not as hot as her.

27
00:01:57.480 --> 00:02:00.599
I get it. I got back on the bed with her.

28
00:02:00.920 --> 00:02:03.920
A tear was streaming down her cheek. Why do you

29
00:02:03.959 --> 00:02:07.519
still love her, Zach? You're with me, but you still

30
00:02:07.560 --> 00:02:12.840
love her? Why, I quickly snatched Jensen to me, I

31
00:02:12.919 --> 00:02:19.560
don't love her. I love you. Jensen shook her head quickly. No, no,

32
00:02:20.039 --> 00:02:24.280
you still keep thinking about Sylvia. Jensen pulled away from

33
00:02:24.360 --> 00:02:26.759
me and got off the bed. She grabbed her clothes

34
00:02:26.759 --> 00:02:30.000
and got dressed. Then she stormed out. I could hear

35
00:02:30.039 --> 00:02:34.800
her crying as she reached the front door and left, sigh.

36
00:02:36.599 --> 00:02:41.120
Jensen was wrong. Okay, yes, I still thought about Sylvia Charmer,

37
00:02:41.159 --> 00:02:45.360
but not because I was still madly in love with her. Yes,

38
00:02:45.479 --> 00:02:49.680
Jensen was right about Sylvia being one nicely stacked girl.

39
00:02:49.960 --> 00:02:54.120
I mean, Sylvia was both hot and wild. Just seeing

40
00:02:54.159 --> 00:02:57.120
her flaming red hair and glowing green eyes was enough

41
00:02:57.120 --> 00:03:01.000
to put you under her spell. I mean, Sylvia could

42
00:03:01.039 --> 00:03:04.360
have had any guy she wanted, but she had her

43
00:03:04.360 --> 00:03:07.360
eyes on me the day we started our freshman year

44
00:03:07.360 --> 00:03:12.439
at Strickfield University. It started with us talking, Then it

45
00:03:12.560 --> 00:03:15.240
was a coffee date. Then we were at her house

46
00:03:15.680 --> 00:03:19.319
and in her bed right after the coffee date. For

47
00:03:19.360 --> 00:03:21.759
almost two years, the two of us burned each other's

48
00:03:21.840 --> 00:03:25.000
beds from all the hot sex we were having. And

49
00:03:25.560 --> 00:03:28.560
I know what you're thinking, why would I break up

50
00:03:28.599 --> 00:03:33.439
with someone as sizzling as Sylvia Charmer. I'm sure you'd

51
00:03:33.520 --> 00:03:37.800
quickly point out that she's also rich and independent, But

52
00:03:37.919 --> 00:03:43.360
it's what you don't know. One day after sophomore year

53
00:03:43.479 --> 00:03:46.159
was over, Sylvia invited me to her house to spend

54
00:03:46.199 --> 00:03:48.680
the afternoon with her. Her plan was for us to

55
00:03:48.759 --> 00:03:51.520
hang out at her indoor pool. I got to her

56
00:03:51.560 --> 00:03:54.120
house let myself in, like she texted me to do.

57
00:03:54.479 --> 00:03:56.919
I knew i'd find her in her bedroom. When I

58
00:03:57.000 --> 00:04:02.719
did find her outshit myself. She was lying on her

59
00:04:02.719 --> 00:04:09.520
bed in her bikini and she had fucking snakes moving

60
00:04:09.840 --> 00:04:15.080
all over her body. Yeah, that's right. She had several

61
00:04:15.120 --> 00:04:19.800
snakes hissing and slithering all over her body. They weren't

62
00:04:19.879 --> 00:04:23.720
just any household snakes either, if there is such a thing.

63
00:04:24.199 --> 00:04:26.959
First one I noticed was the rattlesnake on her belly.

64
00:04:27.560 --> 00:04:30.399
I knew another one was a black mamba because we'd

65
00:04:30.439 --> 00:04:32.560
just seen one in the zoology lab on the other

66
00:04:32.600 --> 00:04:36.639
side of Strickfield University during a class. I'll never forget

67
00:04:36.680 --> 00:04:39.959
that king cobra that was rubbing up against the side

68
00:04:39.959 --> 00:04:43.199
of her face. And don't even get me started on

69
00:04:43.240 --> 00:04:49.360
that huge Boa constrictor. When I gasped, the snakes looked

70
00:04:49.399 --> 00:04:53.480
at me all at once. They didn't move to attack me, though.

71
00:04:54.120 --> 00:05:00.519
Sylvia just sat up casually. Oh hizac. Then she picked

72
00:05:00.560 --> 00:05:03.360
up the king kobra like anybody could have easily done it.

73
00:05:04.240 --> 00:05:08.319
That was the whole creepy thing right there. None of

74
00:05:08.360 --> 00:05:15.360
those fucking snakes ever once attacked Sylvia. I didn't give

75
00:05:15.399 --> 00:05:18.439
Sylvia time to explain. I just turned and got the

76
00:05:18.560 --> 00:05:21.519
fuck out of that house and never looked back. In fact,

77
00:05:21.720 --> 00:05:24.519
I never went to Sylvia's part of town ever. Again.

78
00:05:25.279 --> 00:05:27.639
Sylvia tried to get with me to explain, but I

79
00:05:28.079 --> 00:05:30.560
didn't want to hear her. I blocked her number on

80
00:05:30.600 --> 00:05:33.360
my phone, I blocked her on social media. I wouldn't

81
00:05:33.360 --> 00:05:35.439
see her when she came to my house. I even

82
00:05:35.480 --> 00:05:38.879
avoided her on campus. I just wasn't going to deal

83
00:05:38.920 --> 00:05:42.319
with her creepy shit. It had taken a few months

84
00:05:42.360 --> 00:05:46.560
before Sylvia finally got the hint, or so I thought,

85
00:05:48.160 --> 00:05:51.079
getting to Jensen Miran. I ended up taking a liking

86
00:05:51.120 --> 00:05:53.279
to her when she was assigned my lab partner in

87
00:05:53.319 --> 00:05:56.480
my zoology class at the start of junior year. Things

88
00:05:56.519 --> 00:05:59.959
started off about the same as with Sylvia, just talking

89
00:06:00.720 --> 00:06:03.839
a coffee date, but this time we went on a

90
00:06:04.079 --> 00:06:08.800
few actual, real dates before we started sleeping together. I

91
00:06:08.839 --> 00:06:11.680
also found out later that this girl was rich too.

92
00:06:11.920 --> 00:06:15.079
Now I don't want you thinking I only dated rich girls.

93
00:06:15.560 --> 00:06:19.480
That was just how things turned out. Sylvia Charmers soon

94
00:06:19.759 --> 00:06:22.600
came back into the picture. She found out I was

95
00:06:22.639 --> 00:06:27.040
seeing Jensen and decided to confront me. In fact, she

96
00:06:27.160 --> 00:06:29.959
surprised me in one of the campus science labs. I

97
00:06:30.000 --> 00:06:32.639
stayed late on a Friday afternoon to get some work done.

98
00:06:32.879 --> 00:06:35.279
I didn't even see she'd come into the lab until

99
00:06:35.800 --> 00:06:38.959
she was a good six feet away, and wouldn't you know, it.

100
00:06:39.639 --> 00:06:43.600
She was cradling one of her fucking snakes, a copperhead.

101
00:06:44.199 --> 00:06:48.720
Sylvia's green eyes practically burned right through me. So this

102
00:06:48.759 --> 00:06:51.079
is how it is, Zach. I really thought you were

103
00:06:51.120 --> 00:06:53.639
a decent guy, but you're just like all the others.

104
00:06:53.879 --> 00:06:57.240
The second you find out what my one flaw is,

105
00:06:57.360 --> 00:07:00.199
you just turn tail and run. Not only run, but

106
00:07:00.319 --> 00:07:04.920
run into another girl's waiting tits. I staggered back when

107
00:07:04.959 --> 00:07:07.839
the copper head looked right at me and started to move.

108
00:07:08.839 --> 00:07:13.000
Oh shit. Sylvia turned and gently put the snake down

109
00:07:13.040 --> 00:07:15.720
on one of the tables beside her, Petting its head,

110
00:07:15.759 --> 00:07:19.519
she told it you behave now, copy and stay right here.

111
00:07:20.800 --> 00:07:23.600
The snake just looked right at her as if it

112
00:07:24.040 --> 00:07:28.120
understood exactly what Sylvia told it to do. Then Sylvia

113
00:07:28.160 --> 00:07:32.879
turned her attention back to me. Now we're going to

114
00:07:32.920 --> 00:07:35.839
talk things through here. We were together for two years.

115
00:07:36.000 --> 00:07:38.920
You owe me that. I laid it out for her

116
00:07:38.959 --> 00:07:41.639
and told her how she creeped me out with her snakes.

117
00:07:42.240 --> 00:07:44.800
I drilled her by asking if she let her snakes

118
00:07:44.879 --> 00:07:47.519
roam free in her house. I even asked her what

119
00:07:47.560 --> 00:07:49.800
would have happened if one of them would have bit

120
00:07:49.920 --> 00:07:53.120
me while we would have been making love at her house.

121
00:07:54.240 --> 00:07:58.560
Sylvia looked pissed. So you dumped me just because of

122
00:07:58.600 --> 00:08:03.279
my snakes? Are my pets, my friends. Nobody loves, appreciates,

123
00:08:03.279 --> 00:08:06.319
and understands snakes the way I do. My babies would

124
00:08:06.360 --> 00:08:10.720
never have hurt you in any way, not unless you

125
00:08:10.800 --> 00:08:16.040
tried to hurt me or them. Her eyes burned right

126
00:08:16.079 --> 00:08:19.839
through me again. I did nothing wrong except love you

127
00:08:20.000 --> 00:08:22.240
with all my heart and soul for two years. When

128
00:08:22.240 --> 00:08:24.319
I finally decided to reveal this part of who I

129
00:08:24.399 --> 00:08:26.480
am to you, you fucking turned your back on me.

130
00:08:26.800 --> 00:08:29.480
You really hurt me, Zach badly. Is that all I

131
00:08:29.519 --> 00:08:33.720
ever was to you? Hot sex? I shook my head.

132
00:08:34.360 --> 00:08:36.919
It wasn't like that, Sylvia. I really loved you, But

133
00:08:37.799 --> 00:08:40.720
seeing you like that, with those snakes all over you,

134
00:08:41.279 --> 00:08:45.759
I'm sorry, but I just can't be with you. I

135
00:08:45.799 --> 00:08:49.960
didn't realize how dangerously close Sylvia was to me now.

136
00:08:50.919 --> 00:08:54.039
Her face was just a few inches from mine, her

137
00:08:54.080 --> 00:08:57.759
eyes gently wrapped around me. Before I knew it, those

138
00:08:57.799 --> 00:09:03.080
amazingly soft lips right on mine. My mind drifted back

139
00:09:03.120 --> 00:09:07.039
to her first kiss after our coffee date. It was

140
00:09:07.120 --> 00:09:11.159
exactly like this. My arms moved around her on their own.

141
00:09:12.399 --> 00:09:16.480
I couldn't stop kissing her. Then I felt her tongue

142
00:09:17.080 --> 00:09:22.159
slithering into my mouth. I cried out in terror and

143
00:09:22.240 --> 00:09:25.279
shoved her so hard that she fell on to her side.

144
00:09:25.360 --> 00:09:28.720
I pointed down at her, get the fuck away from me.

145
00:09:29.639 --> 00:09:33.240
Then her snake lifted itself and hissed loudly at me,

146
00:09:33.519 --> 00:09:36.200
making me scream. I picked up a lab pan and

147
00:09:36.320 --> 00:09:39.240
smashed the snake with it. I didn't even hear Sylvia's

148
00:09:39.240 --> 00:09:42.080
screams or protest. When the snake fell on the floor,

149
00:09:42.200 --> 00:09:45.240
I stomped on its head and crushed it. I didn't

150
00:09:45.240 --> 00:09:49.360
stop stomping until I knew for sure it was dead.

151
00:09:50.559 --> 00:09:54.240
My heart never pounded so hard in my life. I

152
00:09:54.320 --> 00:09:56.879
turned to look at Sylvia. Tears were streaming down her

153
00:09:56.919 --> 00:10:00.480
face as she slowly pulled herself up. You bassed, you,

154
00:10:00.600 --> 00:10:04.120
fucking son of a bitch. Sylvia lashed out and shoved

155
00:10:04.159 --> 00:10:06.399
me as hard as she could. Now I was on

156
00:10:06.480 --> 00:10:08.840
the floor, and to think I still loved you and

157
00:10:08.879 --> 00:10:12.799
wanted you back. She lowered herself and gently cradled her

158
00:10:12.799 --> 00:10:19.679
bloody dead snake into her arms. Copy she sobbed. Sylvia

159
00:10:19.759 --> 00:10:22.960
looked back at me, her eyes burned through me. Hotter

160
00:10:23.039 --> 00:10:27.080
than ever. Hurting me was one thing, but you crossed

161
00:10:27.080 --> 00:10:31.240
the line today, Zach. Then she screamed, I fucking hate you.

162
00:10:32.159 --> 00:10:35.480
I will get my revenge on you for copy. She

163
00:10:35.519 --> 00:10:41.320
sobbed again as she left with her dead snake. Funny thing, ever,

164
00:10:41.360 --> 00:10:45.919
since that day, Jensen had really been acting strange. She

165
00:10:45.960 --> 00:10:49.039
seemed more possessive. Now she didn't wait for me to

166
00:10:49.080 --> 00:10:52.200
ask her out anymore. She'd come and approach me for dates.

167
00:10:52.600 --> 00:10:56.039
She even got more aggressive in the bedroom. She'd gotten

168
00:10:56.039 --> 00:10:58.279
to the point where she would actually grab my hair

169
00:10:58.480 --> 00:11:01.279
or run her nails down my back back when we'd fuck.

170
00:11:01.960 --> 00:11:04.919
I was on my bed and kept thinking about everything

171
00:11:04.960 --> 00:11:07.360
that had happened that day in the lab with Sylvia

172
00:11:07.600 --> 00:11:11.320
and her snake. I let my arm drop off the bed.

173
00:11:11.720 --> 00:11:15.200
When I felt something wet brush across my fingers. I

174
00:11:15.320 --> 00:11:18.840
gasped and quickly got off the bed and stood at

175
00:11:18.840 --> 00:11:22.279
the doorway. A few seconds later, I saw the head

176
00:11:22.320 --> 00:11:24.399
of my dog rise from the other side of the bed.

177
00:11:25.480 --> 00:11:28.519
Jesus Sparky. I got back on the bed and let

178
00:11:28.519 --> 00:11:30.799
my German shepherd climb up and lay down with me.

179
00:11:31.399 --> 00:11:33.399
Then I scratched his head the way I knew he

180
00:11:33.519 --> 00:11:38.440
liked it. Crazy dog always under my bed. But no

181
00:11:38.519 --> 00:11:41.159
matter how many times Sparky was underneath my bed and

182
00:11:41.240 --> 00:11:44.519
licking my hand, I could never forget how Sylvia's eyes

183
00:11:44.679 --> 00:11:49.039
just kept burning through me whenever we crossed pads on campus.

184
00:11:49.720 --> 00:11:52.600
She'd said she'd get revenge on me for killing her snake,

185
00:11:52.679 --> 00:11:56.240
and now I had to deal with Jensen's possessiveness. The

186
00:11:56.320 --> 00:11:59.000
last time Jensen and I fucked, she grabbed my hair

187
00:11:59.039 --> 00:12:02.679
and literally slap my head into the headboard. Then she

188
00:12:02.759 --> 00:12:07.360
said something that was hard to forget. Your mind, Zach,

189
00:12:07.639 --> 00:12:10.879
your mine and mine alone. Don't you ever forget that?

190
00:12:12.240 --> 00:12:15.879
I swear she looked so evil when she said that.

191
00:12:16.759 --> 00:12:19.039
I still had the goose egg from the headboard to

192
00:12:19.080 --> 00:12:23.519
go with the fresh scratches on my back. Man, Sparky,

193
00:12:24.399 --> 00:12:27.600
what have I gotten myself into with these girls? I

194
00:12:27.679 --> 00:12:31.399
asked him. His response was to look at me and

195
00:12:31.440 --> 00:12:35.240
lick my hand again. A few weeks later, I came

196
00:12:35.279 --> 00:12:38.360
home to police cars and ambulances. I quickly raced to

197
00:12:38.399 --> 00:12:40.320
the front door, but a police officer wouldn't let me

198
00:12:40.360 --> 00:12:43.759
go in. He told me it wasn't safe. In fact,

199
00:12:44.120 --> 00:12:47.480
Sparky was standing next to the officer. Then I saw

200
00:12:47.519 --> 00:12:52.039
a few people who didn't quite fit the picture were

201
00:12:52.039 --> 00:12:57.159
those snake wranglers. I couldn't stop gulping as the officer

202
00:12:57.200 --> 00:13:02.320
told me what had happened. Apparently my parents were unpacking

203
00:13:02.360 --> 00:13:05.840
from their business trip, my younger sister was doing her homework.

204
00:13:06.720 --> 00:13:10.559
There were fucking snakes in the house. Yeah, you heard right.

205
00:13:10.840 --> 00:13:13.200
I practically fell to my knees when I saw three

206
00:13:13.279 --> 00:13:18.200
body bags being loaded into two ambulances. It all happened

207
00:13:18.240 --> 00:13:20.639
so fast. One second I was talking to my parents

208
00:13:20.639 --> 00:13:25.399
over a video chat. The next I'm finding out I'll

209
00:13:25.440 --> 00:13:30.480
never see my family again. The snake wranglers ended up

210
00:13:30.480 --> 00:13:36.240
finding and removing twelve poisonous snakes, all from the campus

211
00:13:36.279 --> 00:13:40.759
zoology lab. I knew it had to be Sylvia. She

212
00:13:40.919 --> 00:13:43.279
was the only one I knew who had any kind

213
00:13:43.360 --> 00:13:49.679
of access to snakes. Then a funny thing crossed my mind.

214
00:13:50.159 --> 00:13:53.200
Don't ask me why, but here was some irony when

215
00:13:53.200 --> 00:13:57.799
it came to my family. They they actually thought the

216
00:13:57.840 --> 00:14:02.159
world of Sylvia, but they could didn't stand Jensen. Sylvia

217
00:14:02.200 --> 00:14:05.000
and my sister got along great. My family never told

218
00:14:05.080 --> 00:14:07.519
me who to see, but they always voiced their feelings

219
00:14:07.519 --> 00:14:10.960
on all my girlfriends. Sylvia wanted revenge on me, but

220
00:14:12.200 --> 00:14:15.360
coming after my family like that, she went too far.

221
00:14:16.159 --> 00:14:18.600
The only way for me to stop Sylvia was to

222
00:14:18.639 --> 00:14:22.960
confront her. I was lying on my bed deciding how

223
00:14:23.000 --> 00:14:26.080
to do it. I put my hand down and felt

224
00:14:26.080 --> 00:14:30.240
sparky licked. I took a deep breath and got off

225
00:14:30.279 --> 00:14:36.399
the bed. I decided to get my dad's gun. Snakes

226
00:14:36.519 --> 00:14:41.159
or no snakes. Things were going to end with Sylvia tonight.

227
00:14:42.919 --> 00:14:48.919
Suddenly Jensen came into my room. She was wearing a

228
00:14:49.039 --> 00:14:52.200
very sexy dress and had a large purse hanging over

229
00:14:52.240 --> 00:14:58.159
her shoulder. Jensen, now's not a good time, I told her.

230
00:14:58.919 --> 00:15:03.639
She responded by shoving me onto the bed. From now on,

231
00:15:04.000 --> 00:15:08.120
you will make the time for me, Zach Jenner. Then

232
00:15:08.159 --> 00:15:10.360
she was on top of me and sitting on me.

233
00:15:10.879 --> 00:15:14.000
You will only have time for me now, my love.

234
00:15:15.360 --> 00:15:18.759
Before I could protest, she struck and wrapped her hands

235
00:15:18.799 --> 00:15:22.159
around my neck. I saw you kissing that fucking bitch

236
00:15:22.159 --> 00:15:25.000
in the science lab. How dare you go behind my back?

237
00:15:25.200 --> 00:15:28.799
I gave you my heart and my body. You're mine mine.

238
00:15:29.639 --> 00:15:33.120
Her hand squeezed around my neck tighter. Your family always

239
00:15:33.200 --> 00:15:36.240
hated me, Even your fucking sister was quite vocal to me,

240
00:15:36.519 --> 00:15:39.039
your family would have separated us, and I could never

241
00:15:39.320 --> 00:15:42.759
allow that. Jensen let go of my neck and got

242
00:15:42.799 --> 00:15:46.360
off me. She quickly snatched up her purse and glared

243
00:15:46.399 --> 00:15:50.039
at me. I was never good enough for you, was I?

244
00:15:50.799 --> 00:15:55.559
It was always about Sylvia Kramer, wasn't it. I stood

245
00:15:55.639 --> 00:16:01.840
up and looked at her with horror. You killed my family.

246
00:16:03.039 --> 00:16:06.120
Jensen raised the purse in front of her, and now

247
00:16:06.600 --> 00:16:09.639
I'm going to kill you. If I can't have you,

248
00:16:10.000 --> 00:16:13.960
no one can, and Sylvia Charmer will take all the blame.

249
00:16:15.159 --> 00:16:17.919
When she opened the purse, a black mamba shot out

250
00:16:17.919 --> 00:16:21.039
and looked right at me. As close as Jensen was

251
00:16:21.039 --> 00:16:23.399
to me, I knew I was as good as dead

252
00:16:23.440 --> 00:16:26.559
once that snake bit me. Then I heard a loud

253
00:16:26.639 --> 00:16:29.960
bark as Sparky jumped onto my bed. Sparky, no, get

254
00:16:29.960 --> 00:16:33.039
out of here, boy. The black mamba suddenly turned and

255
00:16:33.080 --> 00:16:37.240
sank its fangs into Jensen's forearm. She shrieked, oh God no.

256
00:16:38.039 --> 00:16:40.559
She dropped the purse and managed to get the snake

257
00:16:40.600 --> 00:16:43.399
off of her, but it quickly struck again and bit

258
00:16:43.480 --> 00:16:46.600
her face. I quickly shot across from my bed and

259
00:16:46.679 --> 00:16:49.600
opened my window. I got Sparky to go through. Then

260
00:16:49.639 --> 00:16:52.759
I followed him. Good thing. We were on the first floor.

261
00:16:53.039 --> 00:16:55.320
I looked back inside to see that Jensen had fallen

262
00:16:55.360 --> 00:16:57.919
to the floor. I got out my phone and called

263
00:16:58.000 --> 00:17:01.960
nine one one. The next night, I was sleeping in

264
00:17:02.000 --> 00:17:04.960
my bed. I woke up when I heard a loud,

265
00:17:05.720 --> 00:17:09.839
dripping noise. I groaned and then put my hand down.

266
00:17:10.440 --> 00:17:14.160
As usual, Sparky licked it. I tried to get back

267
00:17:14.200 --> 00:17:20.599
to sleep, but that dripping was just too loud. I

268
00:17:20.680 --> 00:17:22.559
got out of bed and went across the hall to

269
00:17:22.599 --> 00:17:27.160
the bathroom. I turned on the light and screamed when

270
00:17:27.160 --> 00:17:29.799
I saw my dog was hanging on the shower nozzle

271
00:17:30.079 --> 00:17:33.480
by his neck. Sparky's blood was dripping onto the shower

272
00:17:33.559 --> 00:17:39.000
floor from his wounds. Then I saw the message on

273
00:17:39.119 --> 00:17:48.079
the mirror written and Sparky's blood people can lick too.

274
00:17:49.319 --> 00:17:52.440
I felt my heart drop fast. I turned to see

275
00:17:52.440 --> 00:17:56.160
Sylvia Charmer standing in the doorway, now her Boa Constrictor

276
00:17:56.279 --> 00:18:01.200
wrapped around her like a fur hizac. I told you

277
00:18:01.240 --> 00:18:06.240
I'd have my revenge for you killing copy. I was speechless.

278
00:18:06.640 --> 00:18:10.319
I knew Jensen was crazy, dead now but crazy but

279
00:18:10.960 --> 00:18:16.400
Sylvia once again, Sylvia's green eyes burned right through me.

280
00:18:16.680 --> 00:18:19.400
Before I could say anything, she raised her leg and

281
00:18:19.559 --> 00:18:23.880
kicked me hard in the gut. I staggered backward and

282
00:18:24.000 --> 00:18:28.319
fell into the shower. I was lying in Sparky's blood.

283
00:18:29.359 --> 00:18:31.519
But what really scared the shit out of me now

284
00:18:31.680 --> 00:18:36.000
was seeing those sickening movements in Sparky's corpse right above me.

285
00:18:37.880 --> 00:18:42.920
My eyes were wide open, and I gulped hard. That's right, Zach,

286
00:18:43.240 --> 00:18:46.319
I got my revenge by killing your dog. What's sad

287
00:18:46.359 --> 00:18:48.480
is that I really loved Sparky and it hurt me

288
00:18:48.519 --> 00:18:52.599
to have to kill him. But you killed Copy. She

289
00:18:52.720 --> 00:18:56.480
produced a sharp knife, the one she'd killed Sparky with.

290
00:18:57.640 --> 00:19:03.559
And my babies want revenge too, After all, Copy was family.

291
00:19:04.240 --> 00:19:08.200
Revenge is a bitch, isn't it. This is for Copy,

292
00:19:08.400 --> 00:19:13.000
you murdering piece of shit. Using the knife, she sliced

293
00:19:13.039 --> 00:19:16.960
open Sparky's stomach with one movement. I screamed like hell

294
00:19:17.240 --> 00:19:20.400
as a bunch of poisonous snakes hissed loudly as they

295
00:19:20.480 --> 00:19:24.240
dropped right on me. After feeling one snake bite after

296
00:19:24.279 --> 00:19:32.200
another after another after another, I knew this was the end.

297
00:19:39.000 --> 00:19:45.119
Sylvia Barrow Foods. I was sleeping in my bed I

298
00:19:45.200 --> 00:19:48.440
woke up when I heard a loud, dripping noise. I

299
00:19:48.559 --> 00:19:51.279
groaned and then put my hand down off the bed.

300
00:19:51.960 --> 00:19:55.720
As usual, my dog, Sparky, licked it while lying under

301
00:19:55.720 --> 00:19:59.160
my bed. I tried to get back to sleep, but

302
00:19:59.279 --> 00:20:03.640
that dripping was just too loud. I got out of

303
00:20:03.680 --> 00:20:06.960
bed and went across the hall to the bathroom. I

304
00:20:07.039 --> 00:20:10.559
turned on the light and screamed when I saw my

305
00:20:10.720 --> 00:20:13.640
dog was hanging on the shower nozzle by his neck.

306
00:20:14.039 --> 00:20:17.880
Sparky's blood was dripping onto the shower floor from his wounds.

307
00:20:18.519 --> 00:20:23.200
Then I saw the message on the mirror written in

308
00:20:23.319 --> 00:20:29.079
Sparky's blood, People can work too. I felt my heart

309
00:20:29.160 --> 00:20:33.960
drop fast. I turned to see my ex girlfriend, Sylvia Charmer,

310
00:20:34.400 --> 00:20:37.799
standing in the doorway. Now, her large Boa Constrictor was

311
00:20:37.839 --> 00:20:42.559
wrapped around her like a fur hizac. I told you

312
00:20:43.160 --> 00:20:48.319
I'd have my revenge for you killing copy. I was speechless.

313
00:20:49.440 --> 00:20:52.559
I knew Jensen Mirran, my other ex girlfriend, was crazy

314
00:20:53.319 --> 00:20:58.680
dead now, but crazy but Sylvia once again. Sylvia's green

315
00:20:58.720 --> 00:21:01.519
eyes burned right through me. Before I could say anything,

316
00:21:01.640 --> 00:21:04.319
she raised her leg and kicked me hard in the gut.

317
00:21:04.799 --> 00:21:08.359
I staggered backward and fell into the shower. I was

318
00:21:08.440 --> 00:21:11.680
lying in Sparky's blood. But what really scared the shit

319
00:21:11.759 --> 00:21:14.400
out of me right then was seeing those sickening movements

320
00:21:14.400 --> 00:21:18.720
in Sparky's corpse right above me. My eyes were wide

321
00:21:18.720 --> 00:21:24.039
open and I gulped hard. That's right, Zach, I got

322
00:21:24.039 --> 00:21:27.599
my revenge by killing your dog. What's sad is that

323
00:21:28.240 --> 00:21:31.079
I really loved Sparky and it hurt me to have

324
00:21:31.200 --> 00:21:36.279
to kill him. But you killed Copy. She produced a

325
00:21:36.319 --> 00:21:40.839
sharp knife, the one she killed Sparky with, and my

326
00:21:41.079 --> 00:21:47.319
babies want revenge too, After all, Copy was family. Revenge

327
00:21:47.359 --> 00:21:50.799
is a bitch, isn't it. This is for Copy, you

328
00:21:51.000 --> 00:21:55.319
murdering piece of shit. Using the knife, she sliced open

329
00:21:55.359 --> 00:21:59.359
Sparky's stomach with one movement. I screamed like hell as

330
00:21:59.400 --> 00:22:03.519
a bunch of poisonous snakes hissed loudly as they dropped

331
00:22:03.559 --> 00:22:06.640
right on me. After feeling one snake bite after another,

332
00:22:07.160 --> 00:22:14.440
I knew this was the end. I screamed and sat

333
00:22:14.519 --> 00:22:17.440
up in my bed. I was gasping for breath, and

334
00:22:17.519 --> 00:22:21.640
I was soaked with sweat. Oh man, oh man, I

335
00:22:21.759 --> 00:22:26.480
gasped in between breaths. Holy shit. Then I saw something

336
00:22:26.519 --> 00:22:29.960
move out of the corner. Of my eye. I screamed

337
00:22:30.000 --> 00:22:32.319
and shot out of bed, only to have my legs

338
00:22:32.359 --> 00:22:34.480
get tangled up in the covers and make me fall

339
00:22:34.519 --> 00:22:38.359
to the floor. I still managed to free myself and

340
00:22:38.440 --> 00:22:41.079
get to the light switch. I turned on the lights

341
00:22:41.079 --> 00:22:45.559
and saw Sparky, my German shepherd, stood on my bed

342
00:22:45.720 --> 00:22:48.000
and just looked at me as if he was asking

343
00:22:48.000 --> 00:22:51.200
me what's wrong. I went to him and started petting him.

344
00:22:51.400 --> 00:22:55.440
I even gave him a big hug. Man, Sparky, you're

345
00:22:55.480 --> 00:22:59.519
still here. I can't believe I had that fucking awful nightmare,

346
00:23:00.400 --> 00:23:03.039
but I had to be sure. I let go of

347
00:23:03.039 --> 00:23:06.599
Sparky and got off the bed. I moved cautiously across

348
00:23:06.640 --> 00:23:09.599
the hall into the bathroom. I turned on the light

349
00:23:10.119 --> 00:23:13.640
and looked at the mirror. No message was written in blood,

350
00:23:14.440 --> 00:23:17.839
just clean mirror glass. Then I quickly returned to the

351
00:23:17.880 --> 00:23:20.960
bedroom and looked underneath the bed. I knew that Sparky

352
00:23:21.039 --> 00:23:24.359
was just underneath it, but I had to know aside

353
00:23:24.359 --> 00:23:26.960
from some of Sparky's toys and a few raw hides,

354
00:23:27.759 --> 00:23:35.640
nobody was underneath there, not even Sylvia Charmer. Fuck. Even

355
00:23:35.680 --> 00:23:39.519
after everything that happened with Jensen Mirrn and her killing

356
00:23:39.559 --> 00:23:43.039
my family and all the fucking snakes and everything. Why

357
00:23:43.079 --> 00:23:47.160
can't I stop thinking about Sylvia Charmer. I sat on

358
00:23:47.200 --> 00:23:49.480
the bed and groaned as I put my hands to

359
00:23:49.559 --> 00:23:53.160
my head. Then I felt Sparky lay down next to me.

360
00:23:53.759 --> 00:23:57.079
I lowered my hands and started petting him again. Why

361
00:23:57.079 --> 00:24:00.480
do girls have to be so complicated, boy, asked him.

362
00:24:01.160 --> 00:24:05.799
Why can't they be simple like you? Sparky just barked

363
00:24:05.839 --> 00:24:08.799
once to answer me. I patted his head and knew

364
00:24:08.839 --> 00:24:11.799
I wasn't getting to sleep tonight, especially when I just

365
00:24:12.160 --> 00:24:16.240
couldn't get Sylvia Charmer out of my mind. The next morning,

366
00:24:16.359 --> 00:24:19.359
I was hanging out in Wilder Hall, our student union building,

367
00:24:19.440 --> 00:24:21.680
before I'd have to go to class. I had to

368
00:24:21.759 --> 00:24:24.079
drink some extra caffeine just to make sure I wouldn't

369
00:24:24.079 --> 00:24:28.160
fall asleep. Like I said, Sylvia Charmer haunted me. Now

370
00:24:29.480 --> 00:24:32.799
I just couldn't stop thinking about her. Was I scared

371
00:24:32.839 --> 00:24:35.759
to death of her? Then I remembered how she came

372
00:24:35.799 --> 00:24:38.759
to comfort me that Friday two weeks ago in the

373
00:24:38.799 --> 00:24:41.960
science lab where I was working. She said she would

374
00:24:42.000 --> 00:24:44.720
get revenge on me for killing her pet snake copy.

375
00:24:45.759 --> 00:24:48.759
But before that, Sylvia and I had actually shared a

376
00:24:48.759 --> 00:24:52.839
deep passionate kiss. I should have been over her, but

377
00:24:54.079 --> 00:24:56.240
she kissed me, and I gave in and kissed her back.

378
00:24:58.000 --> 00:25:01.480
Did I really still love her? I knew today was

379
00:25:01.519 --> 00:25:04.599
going to be a long day. Shit, it would be

380
00:25:04.640 --> 00:25:08.160
even longer since it was Friday. I yawned and started

381
00:25:08.160 --> 00:25:10.839
to make my way to class. I grabbed an energy

382
00:25:10.920 --> 00:25:13.720
drink out of a vending machine along the way. I

383
00:25:13.799 --> 00:25:16.680
was ready to crack open the can, and then I

384
00:25:16.799 --> 00:25:22.640
dropped it and my books. There she was, Sylvia Charmers

385
00:25:22.640 --> 00:25:25.759
stood only a good ten feet from me. Now, her

386
00:25:25.839 --> 00:25:29.000
naturally flaming red hair looked like a fire today, and

387
00:25:29.039 --> 00:25:32.440
her glowing green eyes burned hot, burned right through me.

388
00:25:32.839 --> 00:25:35.079
Her red lipstick looked like it could have been blood.

389
00:25:35.440 --> 00:25:38.920
She just looked right at me. Her stare continued to

390
00:25:39.039 --> 00:25:42.279
burn through me. She was still furious with me over

391
00:25:42.359 --> 00:25:45.359
killing her snake. I could even see her shaking a little.

392
00:25:46.359 --> 00:25:49.400
I wanted to move past her, or even turn and run.

393
00:25:49.799 --> 00:25:52.000
She gave me that look that dared me to try.

394
00:25:52.759 --> 00:25:55.880
She remained silent for the longest time. Then she finally

395
00:25:55.920 --> 00:26:03.839
spoke one word, in a very deadly whisper, tonight. Then

396
00:26:03.920 --> 00:26:08.119
she blew me a kiss before she turned and walked away.

397
00:26:09.279 --> 00:26:11.960
I had just finished locking all the doors and windows.

398
00:26:12.519 --> 00:26:16.079
I even found my dad's shotgun and loaded it. Sparky

399
00:26:16.119 --> 00:26:18.559
stood with me, and of all the things that could

400
00:26:18.599 --> 00:26:21.880
be happening, there was a fucking thunderstorm outside, and a

401
00:26:21.920 --> 00:26:24.680
bad one. Damned if it didn't remind me of all

402
00:26:24.680 --> 00:26:27.440
the horror stories Sylvia and I used to watch together

403
00:26:27.799 --> 00:26:32.400
with scenes similar to what I was experiencing. Jesus, Sparky,

404
00:26:32.440 --> 00:26:37.200
why me? I groaned. Sparky just made a few doggy noises,

405
00:26:37.240 --> 00:26:39.960
but he still stood with me, like the loyal friend

406
00:26:40.000 --> 00:26:43.240
that he was. And then I realized I had forgotten

407
00:26:43.279 --> 00:26:48.119
to check the basement windows. I moved to the basement door,

408
00:26:48.440 --> 00:26:53.319
turned on the lights, and started downstairs. Then about halfway down,

409
00:26:53.720 --> 00:26:56.440
I remembered that the windows were all thick, one piece

410
00:26:56.559 --> 00:27:00.359
glass blocks that couldn't be opened. I turned around and

411
00:27:00.400 --> 00:27:02.960
headed back up. As soon as I turned off the

412
00:27:02.960 --> 00:27:06.319
basement light, there was a big flash of lightning, followed

413
00:27:06.599 --> 00:27:10.759
by a loud crash of thunder. Suddenly, the back door

414
00:27:10.799 --> 00:27:15.200
burst open. Sylvia Charmer just stood right there now again,

415
00:27:15.279 --> 00:27:18.440
her eyes burned right through me. She was soaking wet

416
00:27:18.440 --> 00:27:21.640
from the rain and had a backpack on. She also

417
00:27:21.720 --> 00:27:24.920
had her boat constrict around her neck like a fur stole,

418
00:27:25.440 --> 00:27:31.119
just like in my nightmare. Hello, lover, she purred as

419
00:27:31.119 --> 00:27:35.079
she came inside. Did you miss me? Not like I

420
00:27:35.119 --> 00:27:38.119
missed you. I didn't know what to say to her.

421
00:27:38.880 --> 00:27:41.279
I was more surprised by how she had just forced

422
00:27:41.279 --> 00:27:44.759
open the back door. It had three fucking locks on it,

423
00:27:44.880 --> 00:27:48.000
including a dead bolt. Now she stood in the kitchen

424
00:27:48.079 --> 00:27:51.000
as she removed the backpack and opened it. Then she

425
00:27:51.119 --> 00:27:54.759
turned it upside down. Boy did I ever scream when

426
00:27:54.799 --> 00:27:58.880
all those fucking snakes dropped out of it? Sylvia laughed, Now,

427
00:27:59.160 --> 00:28:02.400
oh the look on your face. Then her eyes burned

428
00:28:02.400 --> 00:28:06.720
through me again as she pointed right at me. Corner him, babies,

429
00:28:07.359 --> 00:28:11.880
but do not kill him yet. Sparky came to my

430
00:28:11.960 --> 00:28:15.240
side and started barking at the snakes. Then Sylvia gasped

431
00:28:15.240 --> 00:28:18.319
when she saw Sparky leave the dog alone. I do

432
00:28:18.480 --> 00:28:22.279
not want him hurt at all, She pointed at me again.

433
00:28:22.799 --> 00:28:26.079
I'm here for you, you fucking bastard. She shook and

434
00:28:26.119 --> 00:28:30.000
tightened her fist. You killed my copy. I knew the

435
00:28:30.039 --> 00:28:32.839
front door was the only way to escape, but there

436
00:28:32.839 --> 00:28:36.640
were four locks there. Leave it to my deceased parents.

437
00:28:36.680 --> 00:28:39.359
Even with all the security, it didn't keep Jensen Miron

438
00:28:39.440 --> 00:28:43.000
from killing my family. Of course, she didn't kick down

439
00:28:43.039 --> 00:28:45.640
a heavily bolted door, But I knew that even if

440
00:28:45.640 --> 00:28:48.039
I worked the four locks, Sylvia's snakes would reach me

441
00:28:48.119 --> 00:28:51.680
before I could escape. Sparky barked loudly as three snakes

442
00:28:51.680 --> 00:28:55.480
cornered him. They obeyed Sylvia and never made any attempt

443
00:28:55.480 --> 00:28:59.160
to bite him. They just hissed at him, probably to

444
00:28:59.200 --> 00:29:02.400
warn him to stay still. I remembered I had my

445
00:29:02.480 --> 00:29:06.200
dad's shotgun and went to raise it too late. I

446
00:29:06.240 --> 00:29:09.160
felt something heavy land on me and realized Sylvia had

447
00:29:09.200 --> 00:29:11.880
thrown her bochon stricter at me. I had no idea

448
00:29:11.880 --> 00:29:15.039
how big that snake really was until it wrapped itself

449
00:29:15.079 --> 00:29:18.480
around me tightly. Then I groaned as it squeezed me

450
00:29:18.599 --> 00:29:22.680
more strict faden No, Sylvia told it I don't want

451
00:29:22.720 --> 00:29:25.880
him dead yet. The large snake just looked her way

452
00:29:25.920 --> 00:29:30.480
and nodded at her. She turned to her remaining snakes.

453
00:29:31.160 --> 00:29:34.200
We've got Zach now, babies, I want to talk to

454
00:29:34.279 --> 00:29:38.480
him before we kill him. Then she looked at me.

455
00:29:39.720 --> 00:29:42.720
I told you I'd get revenge for you. Killing Copy.

456
00:29:43.039 --> 00:29:46.519
He was family. She was so angry that she started

457
00:29:46.559 --> 00:29:50.440
heaving as she was breathing. I'm so beyond pissed at

458
00:29:50.440 --> 00:29:54.279
you right now. Then she yelled some more. First, you

459
00:29:54.319 --> 00:29:56.599
broke up with me because you saw I had snakes.

460
00:29:56.880 --> 00:29:59.480
You fucking ghosted me for months. On top of that

461
00:30:00.000 --> 00:30:02.680
at yourself, another fucking girlfriend and a psycho. At that,

462
00:30:03.319 --> 00:30:05.759
her eyes burned into me so much now I could

463
00:30:05.759 --> 00:30:09.039
have sworn they actually burned me hot. Then she screamed,

464
00:30:09.319 --> 00:30:12.599
and you killed my snake. I just wanted us to

465
00:30:12.599 --> 00:30:14.759
make things right, and you shoved me to the floor.

466
00:30:15.200 --> 00:30:19.039
Then you killed Copy. She heaved and heaved. I knew

467
00:30:19.039 --> 00:30:21.039
any second she was going to order her snakes to

468
00:30:21.160 --> 00:30:24.359
kill me. She'd probably start by ordering her Boa Constrictor

469
00:30:24.400 --> 00:30:27.440
to crush me to death. She heaved and heaved even

470
00:30:27.480 --> 00:30:31.079
more now, and then I saw that she was starting

471
00:30:31.119 --> 00:30:35.680
to cry. Finally, she sank to her knees and began

472
00:30:35.759 --> 00:30:41.599
to sob uncontrollably. The snake slithered in this weird way.

473
00:30:42.480 --> 00:30:45.920
It was as if they knew their girl was hurt. Yeah,

474
00:30:45.960 --> 00:30:48.240
she was hurt, all right. I was the one who

475
00:30:48.319 --> 00:30:52.000
hurt her. I was scared of her snakes. And I

476
00:30:52.079 --> 00:30:55.039
walked out on her. I was scared of Copy when

477
00:30:55.039 --> 00:30:57.119
he tried to defend his master two weeks ago, and

478
00:30:57.319 --> 00:31:02.519
I killed him for it. Doing that, I had hurt

479
00:31:02.559 --> 00:31:08.160
Sylvia again. I even started to cry myself. Now I

480
00:31:08.200 --> 00:31:11.799
now knew that I had hurt Sylvia so badly, that

481
00:31:12.640 --> 00:31:16.599
I had reduced her to this. I had no right.

482
00:31:18.440 --> 00:31:23.359
I'm sorry, Sylvia, I choked out. I'm so sorry about everything.

483
00:31:24.039 --> 00:31:26.720
I didn't care if the Boa Constrictor was still around me.

484
00:31:27.000 --> 00:31:29.480
I wanted to look Sylvia in the eyes. If I

485
00:31:29.519 --> 00:31:31.480
was going to die tonight, I wanted her to know

486
00:31:32.160 --> 00:31:37.039
I lowered myself in front of her. I love you, Sylvia.

487
00:31:37.599 --> 00:31:39.880
I never stopped loving you. I don't blame you for

488
00:31:39.920 --> 00:31:42.000
being pissed at me. I was so wrong to hurt

489
00:31:42.039 --> 00:31:44.079
you like I did. Go ahead and kill me if

490
00:31:44.119 --> 00:31:48.880
it'll make things right with you, Zach, she choked out.

491
00:31:49.519 --> 00:31:51.799
She raised her hand and put it on the side

492
00:31:51.799 --> 00:31:55.960
of my face. I never stopped loving you. I really

493
00:31:56.000 --> 00:31:59.559
want to kill you for killing Copy, but I can't

494
00:31:59.599 --> 00:32:06.079
stop loving you. I can't stric Phaden release him. Her

495
00:32:06.119 --> 00:32:08.759
boic and stricter loosened itself and moved away from me.

496
00:32:09.480 --> 00:32:13.440
Then Sylvia came at me and crushed her lips against mine.

497
00:32:13.559 --> 00:32:16.839
I felt myself come alive again with that kiss. Sylvia

498
00:32:16.880 --> 00:32:19.519
and I wrapped each other up and kissed, hot and heavy.

499
00:32:21.200 --> 00:32:23.759
Sylvia and I were sleeping in my bed. We spent

500
00:32:23.880 --> 00:32:26.640
several hours burning it with all the hot makeup sex

501
00:32:26.680 --> 00:32:30.480
we had. I didn't deserve Sylvia charmer by any stretch,

502
00:32:31.279 --> 00:32:34.720
but we were together again. Snakes or no snakes, for

503
00:32:34.799 --> 00:32:38.039
better or for worse. I tried to run from my fate,

504
00:32:38.640 --> 00:32:42.079
only to be drawn right back to Sylvia. We were

505
00:32:42.079 --> 00:32:44.519
spooned up together and sleeping through the storm that just

506
00:32:44.640 --> 00:32:48.160
kept raging on. I woke up and realized that Sylvia

507
00:32:48.319 --> 00:32:51.119
was still right there with me. I could still smell

508
00:32:51.160 --> 00:32:54.960
her on my sheets and pillows. Suddenly, she sat up,

509
00:32:55.160 --> 00:32:58.079
as if coming out of a deep sleep, and turned around.

510
00:32:58.319 --> 00:33:01.960
I screamed when she opened her mouth really wide and

511
00:33:02.079 --> 00:33:06.160
hissed loudly at me. She had long snake fangs, and

512
00:33:06.240 --> 00:33:11.200
her glowing eyes looked more like green snake eyes. Her

513
00:33:11.240 --> 00:33:14.559
tongue was even forked. Then I felt myself wrapped up

514
00:33:14.839 --> 00:33:17.920
the same way Stricpadan had wrapped me up earlier. The

515
00:33:18.119 --> 00:33:22.000
entire lower half of Sylvia's body was all a giant

516
00:33:22.039 --> 00:33:27.839
snake coil. Her naked upper body was still human. You

517
00:33:28.000 --> 00:33:33.640
belong to me now, Zach, she whispered, snakelike love me,

518
00:33:33.799 --> 00:33:39.880
my boy, love me. I sat up in bed and

519
00:33:40.039 --> 00:33:43.559
was gasping for breath. Suddenly I felt a soft hand

520
00:33:43.599 --> 00:33:48.680
on my shoulder, Zach, what's wrong? I looked to see

521
00:33:48.720 --> 00:33:52.559
Sylvia Charmer was still here with me. She still looked

522
00:33:53.039 --> 00:33:57.519
quite human. Yes, we truly did make love. We did

523
00:33:57.519 --> 00:34:00.960
have incredible makeup sex. When I woke from my nightmare,

524
00:34:01.319 --> 00:34:05.599
I woke her up too. I just I just had

525
00:34:05.640 --> 00:34:09.400
a bad dream. I told her I'm sorry. I took

526
00:34:09.440 --> 00:34:12.719
her in my arms and held her to me. I'm

527
00:34:12.760 --> 00:34:19.599
so sorry about everything, Sylvia. She hugged me back, me too, Zach.

528
00:34:20.519 --> 00:34:23.599
I missed you so much. The bed felt a little

529
00:34:23.639 --> 00:34:26.960
heavier now. We both turned to see Sparky had joined us.

530
00:34:27.679 --> 00:34:32.880
Sylvia brightened when she saw him. Sparky, Hi baby. Sparky

531
00:34:32.920 --> 00:34:37.239
barked once and started licking Sylvia's face. I remembered how

532
00:34:37.320 --> 00:34:40.719
much he really loved her. Sylvia laughed and petted him

533
00:34:40.719 --> 00:34:43.079
for a little bit. After a while, he got off

534
00:34:43.079 --> 00:34:45.840
the bed and went back underneath it. Then I looked

535
00:34:45.840 --> 00:34:48.480
just past her to see her snakes in the far

536
00:34:48.599 --> 00:34:53.000
corner near my closet. They looked our way but didn't advance.

537
00:34:53.920 --> 00:34:57.519
It's okay, Zach, my babies won't harm you, she assured me.

538
00:34:58.280 --> 00:35:02.400
I promise. Sylvia's word was good enough for me. We

539
00:35:02.480 --> 00:35:05.639
laid back down. We were about to spoon up again

540
00:35:05.800 --> 00:35:08.599
and go back to sleep, but we started kissing again,

541
00:35:08.679 --> 00:35:13.960
and soon we were having some more makeup sex. Sylvia

542
00:35:14.000 --> 00:35:17.039
and I were an item again. In fact, she asked

543
00:35:17.079 --> 00:35:18.920
me to bring Sparky and move in with her at

544
00:35:18.920 --> 00:35:21.880
her mansion. She promised me that her snakes would not

545
00:35:22.239 --> 00:35:24.880
harm us, so I took that leap of faith and

546
00:35:24.960 --> 00:35:28.320
started living with her. Every now and then I could

547
00:35:28.360 --> 00:35:32.000
see her snakes slithering around. Maybe I was paranoid, but

548
00:35:32.039 --> 00:35:36.159
I could feel that they wanted to kill me. I

549
00:35:36.199 --> 00:35:38.920
think I waited for them to gang up on me

550
00:35:39.000 --> 00:35:43.360
when Sylvia wasn't around. They never did, though, Strickfadden came

551
00:35:43.400 --> 00:35:45.039
and sat next to me on the couch a few

552
00:35:45.079 --> 00:35:48.800
times and just looked at me, but he never attacked either.

553
00:35:49.360 --> 00:35:52.119
Sylvia made it perfectly clear to the snakes that they

554
00:35:52.119 --> 00:35:55.159
were never to harm me or Sparky in any way.

555
00:35:56.119 --> 00:36:00.320
He's mine, she stated simply, when she saw them looking

556
00:36:00.400 --> 00:36:04.559
right at me. One day. We lived happily together. Now

557
00:36:04.960 --> 00:36:07.800
it was almost as if we'd never broken up. Not

558
00:36:07.840 --> 00:36:10.599
only did we burn her bed again and again, but

559
00:36:10.639 --> 00:36:13.000
I'm sure we must have christened every room in her

560
00:36:13.039 --> 00:36:16.639
mansion many times. I couldn't tell you how many times

561
00:36:16.719 --> 00:36:19.719
we set her indoor pool on fire. I still say

562
00:36:19.719 --> 00:36:22.719
I didn't deserve this beautiful creature, but I was so

563
00:36:22.840 --> 00:36:26.000
happy that she was mine again. Even the snakes being

564
00:36:26.039 --> 00:36:29.760
around didn't bother me so much anymore. Sylvia came home

565
00:36:29.800 --> 00:36:33.360
one Saturday afternoon months later. She seemed a little off

566
00:36:34.360 --> 00:36:38.039
You okay, babe, I asked. I just got back from

567
00:36:38.119 --> 00:36:43.079
Strickfield General Hospital. She sighed and then smiled, I'm pregnant.

568
00:36:43.800 --> 00:36:47.239
We're gonna have a baby, Zach. I mean, wow, we

569
00:36:47.360 --> 00:36:49.159
actually did it, in spite of the fact that I

570
00:36:49.199 --> 00:36:55.920
was on birth control. You're serious us a baby. Yeah.

571
00:36:56.000 --> 00:36:59.199
I was just as shocked as she was. She nodded quickly.

572
00:37:00.320 --> 00:37:04.280
I don't know whether to be excited or scared. I

573
00:37:04.280 --> 00:37:07.039
didn't need to think about it. I'm not going to

574
00:37:07.119 --> 00:37:10.079
leave you again, never again. I pulled her to me

575
00:37:10.119 --> 00:37:13.360
and held her. I love you so much, and then

576
00:37:13.400 --> 00:37:17.679
I just said it, marry me, Sylvia. I heard her gasp.

577
00:37:18.199 --> 00:37:21.119
Then she pulled back and looked into my eyes. She

578
00:37:21.280 --> 00:37:27.840
was crying. Now, really, marry me, Sylvia, I repeated. Yes.

579
00:37:28.119 --> 00:37:32.039
She shrieked, snatching me to her. Yes, yes, yes. And

580
00:37:32.119 --> 00:37:35.480
from there we went inside and burned Sylvia's bed again.

581
00:37:36.360 --> 00:37:38.320
Nine months later, I was in the waiting room at

582
00:37:38.320 --> 00:37:41.639
Strickfield General Hospital. Sylvia was my wife, and she was

583
00:37:41.679 --> 00:37:44.679
giving birth to our son. I couldn't believe how things

584
00:37:44.679 --> 00:37:48.519
had fallen into place. I couldn't imagine my life without Sylvia,

585
00:37:49.000 --> 00:37:52.239
especially with our son coming into the world. It seemed

586
00:37:52.280 --> 00:37:55.360
like forever before the doctor finally came out, but he did.

587
00:37:56.079 --> 00:37:58.400
You can go and see your wife and son, mister Jenner.

588
00:37:59.199 --> 00:38:01.679
It seemed like I I glided on the hospital floor

589
00:38:01.719 --> 00:38:04.559
as I moved quickly to Sylvia's room. When I got in,

590
00:38:04.719 --> 00:38:08.679
my beautiful wife was crying softly. Then she smiled when

591
00:38:08.719 --> 00:38:12.440
she saw me. Here's daddy, little one, you want to

592
00:38:12.440 --> 00:38:15.360
say hi to your daddy. I stood beside her bed.

593
00:38:15.400 --> 00:38:20.800
Now you all right, love, We did it, Zach, Sylvia whispered.

594
00:38:21.400 --> 00:38:24.960
We made this perfect little person. You want to hold him.

595
00:38:25.400 --> 00:38:28.079
She handed our son to me. Did you name him?

596
00:38:28.519 --> 00:38:32.920
I asked, taking him from her. I did. I named

597
00:38:32.960 --> 00:38:37.960
him Copy, And then the baby suddenly sat up in

598
00:38:38.000 --> 00:38:41.599
my arms and hissed at me. The baby had snake eyes,

599
00:38:41.800 --> 00:38:45.079
a wide open mouth, and started flickering his forked tongue.

600
00:38:45.519 --> 00:38:48.039
He had a lower snake body where his legs should

601
00:38:48.039 --> 00:38:51.000
have been. I looked at Sylvia. Her eyes were now

602
00:38:51.039 --> 00:38:53.880
the snake eyes from my other nightmare. She hissed and

603
00:38:54.000 --> 00:38:57.280
threw her blanket away. Her lower body was also snakelike,

604
00:38:58.119 --> 00:39:01.440
just like before. She got off and slithered towards me.

605
00:39:02.440 --> 00:39:07.599
That's right, husband, his name is Copy. My snake's demanded

606
00:39:07.639 --> 00:39:10.000
that I kill you for taking his life. That day,

607
00:39:10.639 --> 00:39:13.519
Sylvia had me backed into a corner. Then she looked

608
00:39:13.519 --> 00:39:17.199
into my eyes. But I couldn't just kill you, so

609
00:39:17.360 --> 00:39:22.079
I decided on another alternative, a life for a life.

610
00:39:22.119 --> 00:39:26.000
You gave me a beautiful baby boy, and now our

611
00:39:26.079 --> 00:39:31.199
baby needs nourishment. Then I screamed as our newborn son

612
00:39:31.320 --> 00:39:34.360
sank his snake fangs right into my neck. When the

613
00:39:34.360 --> 00:39:37.639
baby finally pulled away, Sylvia raised her snake body up

614
00:39:37.719 --> 00:39:40.199
high enough to where she could open her mouth really

615
00:39:40.239 --> 00:39:43.199
wide and bring it right down over me. I felt

616
00:39:43.199 --> 00:39:47.159
myself being lifted off the floor and sliding down into

617
00:39:47.199 --> 00:39:50.719
her body. I felt myself shaking as she swallowed me

618
00:39:51.199 --> 00:39:59.960
more and more. It was so fucking dark now, so there,

619
00:40:01.440 --> 00:40:07.119
very dark. I cried out and woke up to find

620
00:40:07.159 --> 00:40:09.519
a nurse was shaking me. I reached out to put

621
00:40:09.519 --> 00:40:13.039
my hand on her forearm. What what is it? The

622
00:40:13.159 --> 00:40:15.519
nurse looked at me as I was gasping from fright,

623
00:40:15.960 --> 00:40:19.800
but she remained calm. I just came out here to

624
00:40:19.840 --> 00:40:22.119
tell you that you can go see your wife and

625
00:40:22.159 --> 00:40:25.639
your new son, mister Jenner. I collected myself and then

626
00:40:25.719 --> 00:40:28.559
nodded quickly. I got up and let the nurse lead

627
00:40:28.599 --> 00:40:32.639
me to Sylvia's room. Sylvia had the happiest smile I'd

628
00:40:32.679 --> 00:40:35.400
ever seen. I could see that she had our baby

629
00:40:35.440 --> 00:40:38.400
cradled in her arms. Then she brightened up when she

630
00:40:38.480 --> 00:40:42.760
saw me, honey. Then she said to our baby, I

631
00:40:42.840 --> 00:40:45.079
want you to meet your daddy. She looked back up

632
00:40:45.119 --> 00:40:49.039
at me. You want to hold him, yes, I said quickly.

633
00:40:49.639 --> 00:40:52.920
Sylvia handed me our son. I looked him over carefully.

634
00:40:53.400 --> 00:40:56.360
Unlike my nightmare, our baby had a little patch of

635
00:40:56.400 --> 00:40:59.320
red hair on his head. Sylvia's hair was actually a

636
00:40:59.360 --> 00:41:02.320
mix of fire red and yellow, but the baby's hair

637
00:41:02.440 --> 00:41:05.320
was the same red shade that hers was. I'll leave

638
00:41:05.320 --> 00:41:08.719
you three alone, the nurse said, and walked out. I

639
00:41:08.760 --> 00:41:11.280
looked to my wife. Do we have a name for

640
00:41:11.320 --> 00:41:17.159
our son yet? I thought about naming him Copy? She said.

641
00:41:17.639 --> 00:41:21.159
My heart started pounding. Oh fuck, my nightmare was really

642
00:41:21.159 --> 00:41:23.920
coming true. I felt my heart grow heavy. Why did

643
00:41:23.960 --> 00:41:25.920
I think I could ever be happy again? When Sylvia

644
00:41:26.000 --> 00:41:27.800
was still pissed at me for killing her copper head

645
00:41:27.800 --> 00:41:30.360
snake that day, I decided I had had enough. I

646
00:41:30.400 --> 00:41:33.239
handed our son back to Sylvia. I took her hand

647
00:41:33.239 --> 00:41:36.320
as she cradled our son with the other arm. Sylvia,

648
00:41:37.119 --> 00:41:40.360
I am so so sorry what I did to Copy.

649
00:41:40.880 --> 00:41:43.079
I know I can never make up for that. I

650
00:41:43.239 --> 00:41:45.559
just know I love you, and I wish I could

651
00:41:45.599 --> 00:41:48.960
take back all the hurt I ever gave you. I

652
00:41:49.000 --> 00:41:52.159
wish that. Sylvia pulled her hand away from me and

653
00:41:52.239 --> 00:41:56.320
pointed at me sharply, stop right there, Zach. I raised

654
00:41:56.320 --> 00:41:58.800
my hands in front of me. No, Sylvia, I can't

655
00:41:58.800 --> 00:42:01.000
take this anymore. If do you want your revenge on me,

656
00:42:01.079 --> 00:42:03.920
then just take it. I won't run from you. I can't.

657
00:42:04.880 --> 00:42:08.880
I love you too much. Sylvia glared right at me,

658
00:42:09.760 --> 00:42:13.639
but this time her eyes didn't burn right through me.

659
00:42:15.599 --> 00:42:20.480
I did want revenge. My snakes demanded that I take revenge,

660
00:42:20.639 --> 00:42:24.159
but I couldn't. I forgave you a long time ago.

661
00:42:25.119 --> 00:42:27.760
Look at us now we have each other. We're married.

662
00:42:28.079 --> 00:42:31.840
She held up our son. We made him together, you

663
00:42:31.920 --> 00:42:36.519
and me. Can we please move past this? I love you, Zach,

664
00:42:37.400 --> 00:42:40.519
I love our son. Let's continue to make our life

665
00:42:40.519 --> 00:42:47.320
together as a family. Please. I didn't know why, but

666
00:42:48.039 --> 00:42:51.400
I looked down at Sylvia's covers. I could easily see

667
00:42:51.400 --> 00:42:55.480
the shapes of two human legs underneath, no big snake body.

668
00:42:56.039 --> 00:42:59.280
I swear those fucking nightmares were driving me crazy. Sylvia

669
00:42:59.320 --> 00:43:01.760
wasn't some kind of snake woman, and our son wasn't

670
00:43:01.760 --> 00:43:04.079
some kind of little snake monster. We had made together.

671
00:43:05.639 --> 00:43:08.320
I shared a brief kiss with Sylvia. Then I looked

672
00:43:08.320 --> 00:43:14.760
at her. Okay, his name is Copy. It's been three

673
00:43:14.840 --> 00:43:17.559
years now, Sylvia and I live alone with our son.

674
00:43:18.320 --> 00:43:22.519
We couldn't be any happier together. What happened after we

675
00:43:22.639 --> 00:43:26.599
graduated from Strickfield University. I took over my parents' veterinary

676
00:43:26.599 --> 00:43:29.599
clinic and Sylvia worked at home as a computer programmer.

677
00:43:30.159 --> 00:43:33.199
I even started taking reptiles, including snakes, as part of

678
00:43:33.199 --> 00:43:36.519
the family practice. Sylvia and I were really going to

679
00:43:36.519 --> 00:43:39.800
make it, even after all the pain and hurt, we

680
00:43:39.800 --> 00:43:43.079
were really going to make it. The only sad thing

681
00:43:43.199 --> 00:43:46.960
was that Sparky finally passed away. I was forced to

682
00:43:46.960 --> 00:43:48.880
put him to sleep myself to put him out of

683
00:43:48.920 --> 00:43:52.519
his misery. I know Sylvia was just as devastated as

684
00:43:52.559 --> 00:43:56.000
I was, since she really loved Sparky. She was the

685
00:43:56.039 --> 00:44:00.840
last person he saw before he left us. Sylvia's Boa constrictor, Strickfaden,

686
00:44:01.000 --> 00:44:04.480
ended up becoming my new best friend. No, he wasn't Sparky,

687
00:44:04.559 --> 00:44:07.119
but just the way he looked at me reminded me

688
00:44:07.199 --> 00:44:10.360
of him so much. I was sitting out on the

689
00:44:10.360 --> 00:44:13.719
back patio with Strickfaden when Sylvia came to me. She

690
00:44:13.760 --> 00:44:15.719
looked as happy as could be in spite of just

691
00:44:15.760 --> 00:44:19.559
coming back from Strickfield General Hospital. We both saw copy

692
00:44:19.639 --> 00:44:22.360
playing and running around. Sylvia put her hand on my

693
00:44:22.440 --> 00:44:25.519
shoulder and I put my hand on her hand. In

694
00:44:25.559 --> 00:44:28.320
spite of being a parent and the many sleepless nights

695
00:44:28.320 --> 00:44:31.760
it brought, I still loved this woman deeply, and I

696
00:44:31.840 --> 00:44:35.159
was still proud to call her my wife. You're in

697
00:44:35.199 --> 00:44:38.400
a good mood, I said. I put Strickfadden down so

698
00:44:38.480 --> 00:44:41.119
Sylvia could sit on my lap and face me. We

699
00:44:41.159 --> 00:44:45.079
shared a kiss. Then she said, we're not done having

700
00:44:45.119 --> 00:44:49.400
sleepless nights yet, honey. Well, if you're talking about our

701
00:44:49.559 --> 00:44:52.880
bed burning, she laughed a little No, are you kidding me?

702
00:44:53.440 --> 00:44:56.400
We'll never be done with doing that. She moved one

703
00:44:56.440 --> 00:44:59.400
of my hands down to her belly. I kept taking

704
00:44:59.440 --> 00:45:02.960
the best burnt control, but you still manage to stick

705
00:45:03.000 --> 00:45:07.239
babies inside me. I'm pregnant. I was so excited that

706
00:45:07.280 --> 00:45:10.880
I held Sylvia tightly to me. As I did, I

707
00:45:10.920 --> 00:45:13.360
noticed a little Copy was sitting down and playing again,

708
00:45:13.800 --> 00:45:18.199
but now he was holding a rattlesnake in his hands.

709
00:45:19.559 --> 00:45:22.239
I didn't recognize the snake as one of Sylvia's pets.

710
00:45:22.840 --> 00:45:25.400
As I watched, the snake never made any movement to

711
00:45:25.440 --> 00:45:30.119
bite Copy. Suddenly I saw Copy move fast and pick

712
00:45:30.199 --> 00:45:34.519
up something a mouse. He held it up by its tail

713
00:45:34.559 --> 00:45:37.119
with one hand while he held his new rattlesnake friend

714
00:45:37.119 --> 00:45:40.239
with the other. And before I knew what to think next,

715
00:45:41.199 --> 00:45:45.800
Copy had opened his mouth wide and devoured the mouse

716
00:45:46.400 --> 00:45:51.440
just like that. After he finished his snack, he looked

717
00:45:51.480 --> 00:45:55.840
my way and laughed innocently. I could even see his

718
00:45:55.960 --> 00:46:02.519
snake eyes. Now did that really just happen? Or am

719
00:46:02.559 --> 00:46:12.880
I just having another nightmare? Well, my spookies, make sure
