Incident at Isotope Inn — Hostages, Desert Killers and a Time Paradox

An escaped killer takes hostages at an Arizona desert motel, where a forbidden military site and an impossible doorway threaten to fracture time.

Jane Whitman arrives at the Isotope Inn carrying grief, a revolver, and the secret of her husband’s death. Todd Torivio and Carly Allen are working the isolated motel when bank robber Del Bailen, Sherri, and the albino twins Spider and Fly storm inside. The gang’s violence is only the beginning: Black Ridge, a former nuclear-testing area, is broadcasting a signal that draws both Jane and Del into the storm.

Shane Migliavacca’s desert thriller combines a motel hostage crisis, serial-killer horror, atomic folklore, and a science-fiction paradox. A red sphere warns that the past cannot be changed, a freestanding door promises otherwise, and an older, battle-scarred version of Jane appears with one mission—stop her younger self from stepping through.
