Halloween wasn't just a night of candy and costumes, but
32
00:03:11.759 --> 00:03:16.159
a week when something old and hungry woke up to
33
00:03:16.319 --> 00:03:22.439
join the celebration. Gather close, my spookies, because in Strickfield,
34
00:03:22.520 --> 00:03:35.199
some traditions were never meant to die. Halloween Blood Hunt
35
00:03:35.479 --> 00:03:42.960
by Rob Field's Cameron Delaney threw up her arms in excitement.
36
00:03:43.879 --> 00:03:48.199
I love Halloween here in Strickfield. She turned to Erika
37
00:03:48.240 --> 00:03:52.319
Palance and I ever since I heard Halloween got voted
38
00:03:52.479 --> 00:03:55.560
into a whole week here. I knew this is where
39
00:03:55.560 --> 00:03:59.360
I wanted to go to college. You always got Halloween
40
00:03:59.479 --> 00:04:04.840
on the brain, Erica muttered. Cameron pointed to her, and
41
00:04:04.960 --> 00:04:08.680
you still came here to Strickfield. You with me? Not
42
00:04:08.840 --> 00:04:13.439
for the same reason, Erica argued. When Erica turned to me,
43
00:04:14.000 --> 00:04:19.079
her expression had changed for the worst. Are you okay, Liz?
44
00:04:19.639 --> 00:04:22.759
You don't look so good. Did you have some skin
45
00:04:22.839 --> 00:04:26.800
reaction to some new product you bought or something. I
46
00:04:26.920 --> 00:04:30.600
moved my hand to my face and felt the wrinkles.
47
00:04:31.240 --> 00:04:34.600
Actually know, Erica, I didn't have time to put any on.
48
00:04:35.120 --> 00:04:39.839
I was running late for class. But you know what,
49
00:04:40.399 --> 00:04:43.199
We're near my cottage. I can stop there real quick
50
00:04:43.279 --> 00:04:47.240
and apply some product. You and Cameron can come with me.
51
00:04:47.839 --> 00:04:51.319
It should only take a few minutes. Cameron and Erica
52
00:04:51.360 --> 00:04:56.439
looked at each other for a moment, then back to me. Okay, sure,
53
00:04:57.040 --> 00:05:02.879
Cameron said, let's go. Eric agreed. We were soon at
54
00:05:02.879 --> 00:05:06.199
my college on Pleasant Valley Road. It was a most
55
00:05:06.279 --> 00:05:10.800
convenient location, being the halfway point between the university and
56
00:05:10.920 --> 00:05:15.600
Denoyer's grill. Also, there were no nearby neighbors, not with
57
00:05:15.680 --> 00:05:20.600
the old Carnivosh estate directly across the street. I unlocked
58
00:05:20.680 --> 00:05:24.959
the door and invited my friends inside. They were quite
59
00:05:25.000 --> 00:05:28.240
taken in by my dwelling, so much that they were
60
00:05:28.360 --> 00:05:33.519
completely unaware of the locks, silently arming with just a
61
00:05:33.680 --> 00:05:39.439
touch on my smartphone. After they removed their jackets, they
62
00:05:39.480 --> 00:05:42.959
looked to see I'd only unbuttoned my own jacket, but
63
00:05:43.040 --> 00:05:47.680
not removed It ain't you taking your jacket off? Erica
64
00:05:47.759 --> 00:05:52.480
pointed out, it's nice and warm in here. Hm, I
65
00:05:52.639 --> 00:05:57.560
love how your house smells. Liz Cameron complimented, what scent
66
00:05:57.720 --> 00:06:02.720
is that? It's called autumn spice. I answered, I've got
67
00:06:02.759 --> 00:06:07.240
two pillar candles lit. Cameron easily found her way to
68
00:06:07.279 --> 00:06:11.639
the bathroom and went in. Erica went in right behind her.
69
00:06:12.600 --> 00:06:16.639
As they inhaled and admired the fragrant aroma. I moved
70
00:06:16.720 --> 00:06:21.800
up behind Erica and made a precise movement across her throat.
71
00:06:22.680 --> 00:06:27.360
Cameron she suddenly gasped as blood practically sprayed out of
72
00:06:27.360 --> 00:06:31.639
her throat. As I grabbed Erica's hair and forced her
73
00:06:31.639 --> 00:06:35.360
to bend over the edge of the bathtub, Cameron screamed
74
00:06:35.839 --> 00:06:40.439
and tried to escape. I made another precise movement as
75
00:06:40.480 --> 00:06:43.199
the blades sprung out of the wrist of my jacket
76
00:06:43.680 --> 00:06:47.639
and caught her across her throat. I quickly grabbed her
77
00:06:47.879 --> 00:06:51.560
and bent her over the tub. I held them and
78
00:06:51.680 --> 00:06:57.120
let the tub fill with their rich life essences. After
79
00:06:57.240 --> 00:07:01.959
removing my jacket and the wrist can rations, I inserted
80
00:07:02.040 --> 00:07:06.040
special hoses into the bodies and activated a pump to
81
00:07:06.160 --> 00:07:11.480
extract the remaining blood. The pump was my invention and
82
00:07:11.600 --> 00:07:16.160
worked most effectively in removing nearly every drop of blood
83
00:07:16.759 --> 00:07:22.800
from recently captured girls, dead or alive. Seeing that the
84
00:07:22.879 --> 00:07:28.199
tub was ready, I moved the bodies and removed my clothes.
85
00:07:28.720 --> 00:07:33.480
Upon seeing my wrinkled flesh everywhere, I reminded myself that
86
00:07:33.600 --> 00:07:38.480
I needed to stop procrastinating. I had lived far too
87
00:07:38.600 --> 00:07:43.959
long to get sloppy in my centuries of continuing youth.
88
00:07:44.720 --> 00:07:47.800
I stepped into the tub and sat down in the
89
00:07:47.839 --> 00:07:53.600
blood of those girls. After dipping my hands into the hemoglobin,
90
00:07:54.199 --> 00:07:59.279
I felt the sensations and saw that the wrinkles immediately
91
00:07:59.360 --> 00:08:04.399
faded away. From there, I worked on soaking every inch
92
00:08:04.439 --> 00:08:09.560
of my body, moaning upon feeling the rejuvenation that would
93
00:08:09.600 --> 00:08:16.040
restore my youth and beauty once more. Upon finishing my bath,
94
00:08:16.519 --> 00:08:19.439
I emptied the tub and stood up to turn on
95
00:08:19.519 --> 00:08:25.240
the shower to cleanse and rinse off. For centuries, I've
96
00:08:25.319 --> 00:08:29.720
roamed the world that believed me dead. Back in sixteen fourteen.
97
00:08:30.480 --> 00:08:33.720
In my former life, I had married at a very
98
00:08:33.799 --> 00:08:38.639
young age and had several children. I lived a life
99
00:08:38.679 --> 00:08:42.600
of wealth and privilege, much like the mirons whom you
100
00:08:42.679 --> 00:08:47.399
hear so much about here in Strickfield. How did I
101
00:08:47.480 --> 00:08:53.320
come to learn about my special attributes? By accident, you
102
00:08:53.360 --> 00:08:58.399
could say. In sixteen o four and being forty four
103
00:08:58.519 --> 00:09:02.480
years of age, I knew that I was growing old fast.
104
00:09:03.480 --> 00:09:07.960
During my marriage, my husband had taught me some rather
105
00:09:09.080 --> 00:09:13.799
interesting pleasures. I believed that he had seen something within
106
00:09:13.919 --> 00:09:18.799
me and knew how to bring my desires forth. For instance,
107
00:09:19.559 --> 00:09:23.840
he tortured multiple young girls before me for both of
108
00:09:23.919 --> 00:09:29.559
us to learn that it gave me sexual pleasure. After
109
00:09:29.639 --> 00:09:33.799
my husband was deceased, I continued on with his teachings.
110
00:09:34.720 --> 00:09:38.360
During one of my torture sessions with some new girls,
111
00:09:39.000 --> 00:09:43.799
one of them broke loose and attacked me. Seizing a razor,
112
00:09:44.159 --> 00:09:48.440
I subdued her by slicing her multiple times. Some of
113
00:09:48.480 --> 00:09:53.600
her blood had splattered onto me. Upon gazing into the
114
00:09:53.639 --> 00:09:59.879
looking glass afterwards, I saw the miracle The blood had
115
00:10:00.200 --> 00:10:04.559
fully rejuvenated the parts of my flesh that it had soaked,
116
00:10:05.320 --> 00:10:10.399
most evident on my face and hands. I wasted no
117
00:10:10.600 --> 00:10:14.759
time in bleeding out those girls and taking my first
118
00:10:14.879 --> 00:10:20.519
bath in their blood. Those first feelings of being fully
119
00:10:20.600 --> 00:10:27.120
restored and rejuvenated were indescribable and still are to this day.
120
00:10:28.240 --> 00:10:33.120
You would need to experience this for yourself to fully understand.
121
00:10:34.240 --> 00:10:39.600
In truth, I have never fully understood where this amazing
122
00:10:39.759 --> 00:10:43.639
gift came from, but I made it a point to
123
00:10:43.759 --> 00:10:48.320
learn every aspect of it. I even bathed once in
124
00:10:48.440 --> 00:10:53.120
male blood to learn that it did absolutely nothing for me.
125
00:10:54.320 --> 00:10:59.000
The feelings of rejuvenation were nonexistent and would not restore
126
00:10:59.120 --> 00:11:03.159
my youth. Even the blood of middle aged women could
127
00:11:03.200 --> 00:11:07.080
only restore me so far and didn't last as long
128
00:11:07.200 --> 00:11:11.559
as the blood of young girls. I also learned that
129
00:11:11.679 --> 00:11:14.360
I could drink the blood of young girls that I
130
00:11:14.480 --> 00:11:21.759
claimed for rejuvenation, but this process was much slower. However,
131
00:11:21.960 --> 00:11:25.639
I found it was so much easier to just bathe
132
00:11:26.240 --> 00:11:31.159
than shower cleanse. When fully restored, my age would be
133
00:11:31.240 --> 00:11:34.759
that of my mid twenties. As the world moved on,
134
00:11:35.519 --> 00:11:39.440
I would adapt and adjust to obtain the blood that
135
00:11:39.600 --> 00:11:46.279
I needed Lately, however, I found myself procrastinating and needed
136
00:11:46.279 --> 00:11:51.720
to discipline myself better. My latest rejuvenation would last only
137
00:11:51.759 --> 00:11:57.480
a full week before I'd begin aging again. I once
138
00:11:57.639 --> 00:12:01.720
aged too long, to the point where I became elderly,
139
00:12:02.519 --> 00:12:03.679
very quickly.
140
00:12:04.879 --> 00:12:08.919
Don't go away weakly, spooky will be right back.
141
00:12:14.240 --> 00:12:18.200
Back. In sixteen fourteen, I had to fake my death
142
00:12:18.279 --> 00:12:22.120
by using self hypnosis to put my body into a
143
00:12:22.159 --> 00:12:27.879
state of catalepsy, asleep like that of death. Prior to that,
144
00:12:28.399 --> 00:12:31.240
I had been imprisoned when I was caught and tried
145
00:12:31.320 --> 00:12:35.960
for the murders of hundreds of young girls. I couldn't
146
00:12:36.000 --> 00:12:39.519
tell you how many, since I never kept an accurate
147
00:12:39.639 --> 00:12:45.799
count anyway. Upon my awakening from my self induced trance,
148
00:12:46.440 --> 00:12:51.120
I left my home land of Hungary and began my travels.
149
00:12:51.440 --> 00:12:55.080
I had to conceal myself as an old crone until
150
00:12:55.120 --> 00:12:58.519
I could obtain the young girls needed to restore my
151
00:12:58.720 --> 00:13:03.240
youth and beauty once more. As far as the world
152
00:13:03.279 --> 00:13:09.159
at that time would understand, Countess Elizabeth Bathory had died
153
00:13:09.840 --> 00:13:15.120
and departed the world. Needless to say, no one would
154
00:13:15.159 --> 00:13:20.720
mourn my loss. Why would they would you mourn my loss?
155
00:13:21.240 --> 00:13:25.240
Knowing what I had done, and why, of course not
156
00:13:26.200 --> 00:13:31.519
with maintaining my youth, no one learned that I remained living. Remember,
157
00:13:32.200 --> 00:13:35.360
I had been fifty four years of age when I
158
00:13:35.440 --> 00:13:40.960
had supposedly departed this world. I was born in fifteen sixty,
159
00:13:41.639 --> 00:13:44.639
so that should give you a base for determining how
160
00:13:44.720 --> 00:13:51.360
long I've existed and shall continue to exist. I had
161
00:13:51.399 --> 00:13:55.440
to learn and adapt to this ever changing world as
162
00:13:55.480 --> 00:13:59.519
it moved on. In today's modern world of science and
163
00:13:59.600 --> 00:14:04.360
technologlogy undreamed of back in my era, young girls were
164
00:14:04.440 --> 00:14:09.759
so much easier to obtain for my rejuvenation. Keep in
165
00:14:09.840 --> 00:14:13.960
mind that I haven't lived in Strickfield, Ohio all these years.
166
00:14:14.759 --> 00:14:17.799
It just happens to be one of the many places
167
00:14:18.240 --> 00:14:23.600
that I knew where I could easily obtain young female blood.
168
00:14:24.480 --> 00:14:29.519
You see, places of legend are excellent since people tend
169
00:14:29.559 --> 00:14:34.919
to disappear in those regions more often than not. Strickfield
170
00:14:35.000 --> 00:14:40.240
has so many legends and supernatural occurrences that as long
171
00:14:40.279 --> 00:14:45.519
as I didn't become too overconfident and sloppy, I could
172
00:14:45.519 --> 00:14:50.480
easily obtain my blood and dispose of the bodies with
173
00:14:50.600 --> 00:14:57.360
little to no suspicion towards me. After disposing of Cameron
174
00:14:57.399 --> 00:15:01.720
and Erica. I won't tell you how I decided to
175
00:15:01.840 --> 00:15:07.200
head back out. By my calculations, my most recent bath
176
00:15:07.320 --> 00:15:13.240
would hold until November first. Obtaining more young female blood
177
00:15:13.360 --> 00:15:19.279
on Halloween night itself wouldn't be a problem whatsoever. I've
178
00:15:19.320 --> 00:15:24.440
told you that in Strickfield people disappear constantly. It still
179
00:15:24.519 --> 00:15:27.720
surprised me that people wanted to venture to this region
180
00:15:27.759 --> 00:15:33.679
of shadows or even reside here. Through my centuries, I
181
00:15:33.720 --> 00:15:38.159
had learned of areas that had supposed legends. When you
182
00:15:38.279 --> 00:15:43.759
have immortality, you've got plenty of time to explore said legends.
183
00:15:44.840 --> 00:15:50.039
Even one such as I needed entertainment from time to time.
184
00:15:54.360 --> 00:15:59.279
The first night of Halloween week began. Normally, the custom
185
00:15:59.320 --> 00:16:03.559
of trick or tche treating was just for one night. However,
186
00:16:04.120 --> 00:16:09.200
Strickfield had become so devoted to Halloween that the village
187
00:16:09.279 --> 00:16:13.600
eventually extended begging for treats into a two night event
188
00:16:14.240 --> 00:16:18.120
to include the thirtieth Within the last couple of years,
189
00:16:18.559 --> 00:16:22.000
Halloween had become so much a part of Strickfield's culture
190
00:16:22.639 --> 00:16:26.240
that it was voted into a whole week for trick
191
00:16:26.279 --> 00:16:30.120
or treating. In addition, there was no school on both
192
00:16:30.399 --> 00:16:36.120
Halloween night and November one. The point here was that
193
00:16:36.159 --> 00:16:41.240
with the Halloween celebration encompassing the last full week of October,
194
00:16:42.000 --> 00:16:47.240
there was even more potential for gaining my next rejuvenation bath.
195
00:16:48.120 --> 00:16:51.600
And before you ask, I can't just take whom I
196
00:16:51.799 --> 00:16:56.279
choose and store them for later use. When I claimed
197
00:16:56.360 --> 00:17:01.440
those two girls earlier, I had to use their blood immediately.
198
00:17:02.639 --> 00:17:08.559
Waiting too long makes the blood lose its freshness, eventually
199
00:17:08.680 --> 00:17:14.559
rendering it most unsuitable for rejuvenation. I could go one
200
00:17:14.680 --> 00:17:18.759
day at best, but no more. With a full week
201
00:17:18.920 --> 00:17:22.759
of tricker treating here it would be most easy to
202
00:17:22.799 --> 00:17:28.799
claim my victims and cover my tracks. I simply targeted
203
00:17:28.839 --> 00:17:34.960
lone girls or those traveling in twos and followed them discreetly.
204
00:17:36.359 --> 00:17:42.359
Once they were isolated, then I would seize them. There
205
00:17:42.480 --> 00:17:46.920
was no age limit or discrimination for tricker treating here
206
00:17:46.960 --> 00:17:54.279
in Strickfield, giving me so many more choices. However, I
207
00:17:54.359 --> 00:17:59.200
would restrain myself and wait for the last night as
208
00:17:59.240 --> 00:18:10.160
I was feeling the desire to hunt again. Halloween knight
209
00:18:10.640 --> 00:18:15.039
had finally come and I was most eager to hunt.
210
00:18:16.119 --> 00:18:21.039
I had already targeted two potential girls for my next bath.
211
00:18:22.000 --> 00:18:25.559
I studied their patterns and what neighborhoods they lived in
212
00:18:26.039 --> 00:18:31.319
or would frequent. Tonight, for the first time, the little
213
00:18:31.359 --> 00:18:36.680
girl that I had been tracking was alone. During the week,
214
00:18:37.160 --> 00:18:39.880
she had a friend with her. I would have liked
215
00:18:39.960 --> 00:18:43.559
to gain both of them, but the lone little girl
216
00:18:44.079 --> 00:18:48.839
would suffice. Also, I could always take a few more
217
00:18:48.960 --> 00:18:54.960
girls to increase the quantity for the tub. Upon rejuvenating,
218
00:18:55.359 --> 00:18:59.599
I would leave Strickfield and move on. Of course, I
219
00:18:59.599 --> 00:19:04.880
would make make my yearly return next October. The little
220
00:19:04.920 --> 00:19:09.240
girl I was hunting was short and thin, with dark
221
00:19:09.359 --> 00:19:14.359
hair going down to her shoulders. She also wore glasses.
222
00:19:15.440 --> 00:19:18.640
The other girl she had been with was a head
223
00:19:18.680 --> 00:19:24.640
taller and had long blonde hair secured into pigtails that
224
00:19:24.839 --> 00:19:30.559
somehow hung out past her shoulders without touching them. She
225
00:19:30.680 --> 00:19:34.359
had been dressed Gothic, while the little girl herself was
226
00:19:34.480 --> 00:19:38.839
dressed as something of a Robin Hood figure, but with
227
00:19:38.920 --> 00:19:44.200
no bow. She also wore a common backpack instead of
228
00:19:44.240 --> 00:19:49.039
a quiver. When the little girl turned and walked down
229
00:19:49.160 --> 00:19:53.720
Pleasant Valley Road, she was practically coming right into my
230
00:19:53.920 --> 00:19:59.240
waiting hands. Soon the little girl would be passing my cottage.
231
00:20:00.839 --> 00:20:01.759
To act fast.
232
00:20:03.480 --> 00:20:05.960
Did you hear that? Better check the locks on your
233
00:20:06.000 --> 00:20:09.480
doors weekly, spooky, We'll be right back.
234
00:20:11.960 --> 00:20:15.920
As the little girl started to pass the cottage, I
235
00:20:16.079 --> 00:20:20.319
smiled at knowing that she had glanced uneasily at the
236
00:20:20.400 --> 00:20:26.839
Carnivoche estate across the street. In fact, many tricker treats
237
00:20:27.000 --> 00:20:31.680
crossed the street and walked on the side of my cottage. Yes,
238
00:20:32.319 --> 00:20:37.759
the Carnavoche's state would work to my advantage. Also, the
239
00:20:37.839 --> 00:20:43.519
little girl would be completely isolated. At the time when
240
00:20:43.559 --> 00:20:47.839
I had faked my death and escaped the inquisitors, I
241
00:20:47.960 --> 00:20:52.599
was no stronger than any other person. Through the centuries,
242
00:20:53.079 --> 00:20:57.119
I came to gain other powers. Aside from bathing in
243
00:20:57.160 --> 00:21:00.440
the blood of young girls to remain young, I have
244
00:21:00.559 --> 00:21:06.400
gained incredible strength and agility. I had studied vampires and
245
00:21:06.519 --> 00:21:12.279
often wondered if perhaps I was a variation of one.
246
00:21:12.559 --> 00:21:16.240
As the little girl was passing my gate, I moved
247
00:21:16.319 --> 00:21:20.960
up behind her, fast and struck. I would easily place
248
00:21:21.039 --> 00:21:24.680
my hand over her mouth and snatch her up. I
249
00:21:24.799 --> 00:21:27.839
quickly kicked the gate open and moved her to the
250
00:21:27.920 --> 00:21:31.640
back yard. I was still holding on to her as
251
00:21:31.640 --> 00:21:36.640
I moved behind a big tree for cover. Peeking out,
252
00:21:37.200 --> 00:21:42.200
I didn't see anyone. Had anyone seen me? I would
253
00:21:42.200 --> 00:21:47.319
have known about it already. Let's get you inside, show wee,
254
00:21:48.079 --> 00:21:52.559
I told my captured prey. The little girl struggled to
255
00:21:52.599 --> 00:21:56.920
break free the entire time. Upon reaching the back door,
256
00:21:57.519 --> 00:22:02.400
I opened it and brought her inside. After putting the
257
00:22:02.400 --> 00:22:06.640
little girl down and closing the door, she did something
258
00:22:06.839 --> 00:22:14.160
most unexpectedly in turning around quickly to face me. Suddenly
259
00:22:14.559 --> 00:22:19.759
she came at me most unexpected indeed, especially when she
260
00:22:19.880 --> 00:22:23.440
stopped just before me to spring up on one foot
261
00:22:23.799 --> 00:22:26.759
and kick me hard under my chin with the other.
262
00:22:28.039 --> 00:22:32.279
I cried out and fell back against the door. Before
263
00:22:32.319 --> 00:22:35.799
I could defend myself, the little girl did a spinning
264
00:22:35.920 --> 00:22:39.319
kick and caught me in my breast area, sending me
265
00:22:39.440 --> 00:22:43.720
crashing through the door and tumbling over and off the
266
00:22:43.799 --> 00:22:49.400
back porch. The little girl made one mistake, however, She
267
00:22:49.519 --> 00:22:52.680
should have stayed on me. I got back to my
268
00:22:52.839 --> 00:22:57.720
feet to see her standing on the steps. She should
269
00:22:57.720 --> 00:23:02.799
have run away when she had the opportunity very well.
270
00:23:03.319 --> 00:23:07.119
If she was looking for a fight, then I would
271
00:23:07.119 --> 00:23:11.839
gladly oblige. The little girl sprang from the porch and
272
00:23:11.920 --> 00:23:15.960
came at me again. As she reached me, she flew
273
00:23:16.119 --> 00:23:20.039
up with the intention of kicking me again. I showed
274
00:23:20.079 --> 00:23:23.880
her that I was capable of fighting too, by seizing
275
00:23:23.920 --> 00:23:27.759
her ankle and thigh in order to effortlessly fling her
276
00:23:27.799 --> 00:23:31.599
away from me. She landed on the grass a short
277
00:23:31.640 --> 00:23:37.960
distance away, uninjured. She returned to her feet, seeing the
278
00:23:38.000 --> 00:23:42.039
look on her face showed that she wasn't expecting one
279
00:23:42.079 --> 00:23:47.079
such as I. Of course, she couldn't see my own smile.
280
00:23:48.200 --> 00:23:52.400
After the first hundred years, I gained the vampire's vision
281
00:23:52.960 --> 00:23:56.480
and could see in the dark. I knew that I
282
00:23:56.559 --> 00:24:00.759
needed to some day look into my bloodline to determine
283
00:24:00.759 --> 00:24:07.119
where exactly my gifts came from. The little girl surprised
284
00:24:07.160 --> 00:24:10.400
me yet again. She moved her hand up to her
285
00:24:10.440 --> 00:24:15.400
glasses and pressed on her frame. There her lenses now
286
00:24:15.480 --> 00:24:19.400
took on a greenish tone. Even though I was from
287
00:24:19.440 --> 00:24:24.079
the mid fifteen hundreds, my mind and my ways did
288
00:24:24.119 --> 00:24:29.720
not remain solely there. Clearly the little girl was utilizing
289
00:24:29.839 --> 00:24:35.880
night vision. Indeed, I was facing a worthy adversary. There
290
00:24:35.960 --> 00:24:40.119
was no chance that I could allow her to run free.
291
00:24:40.160 --> 00:24:44.319
Not now. The little girl gasped when she saw my
292
00:24:44.480 --> 00:24:50.160
determination and fled. I would easily give chase. It was
293
00:24:50.240 --> 00:24:53.839
clear that she could not evade me. On foot. She
294
00:24:53.960 --> 00:24:58.960
showed she had agility by leaping over the wooden fence. Yes,
295
00:24:59.559 --> 00:25:04.519
the little the girl possessed some training. I did not believe, however,
296
00:25:05.200 --> 00:25:09.039
that she intended to come for me. I was always
297
00:25:09.119 --> 00:25:13.880
too careful in covering my tracks. No, I just so
298
00:25:14.079 --> 00:25:19.079
happened to pick an opposing hunter. In spite of the
299
00:25:19.119 --> 00:25:22.920
little Girl's best efforts to evade me, I would soon
300
00:25:23.039 --> 00:25:26.960
lay hold of her again and force her upon her back.
301
00:25:28.400 --> 00:25:31.799
Most interesting that you would fight me in such fashion,
302
00:25:32.480 --> 00:25:37.200
I complimented her. But you shall not live after this,
303
00:25:37.880 --> 00:25:42.559
how louen knight. I moved to lift her and return home.
304
00:25:43.400 --> 00:25:46.519
As she came up off her back, she took hold
305
00:25:46.559 --> 00:25:52.720
of my wrist and ha ah, Now I was flat
306
00:25:52.759 --> 00:25:55.640
on my back. The little girl was wearing what I
307
00:25:55.720 --> 00:26:00.640
thought were long sleeved gloves. Upon grabbing me, she somehow
308
00:26:01.079 --> 00:26:06.920
discharged much electricity into my own body. Not since one
309
00:26:06.920 --> 00:26:12.720
of my last legendary sexual encounters had I screamed so loudly.
310
00:26:13.799 --> 00:26:17.039
I didn't know how long. I was dazed and confused,
311
00:26:17.519 --> 00:26:21.359
but I could track her and resume the hunt. Not
312
00:26:21.519 --> 00:26:25.640
only would the little girl be part of my Halloween revitalization,
313
00:26:26.559 --> 00:26:30.279
I would likely retain her body and portion it out
314
00:26:31.119 --> 00:26:39.039
for food. A most worthy adversary. Indeed, I gained enhanced senses,
315
00:26:39.640 --> 00:26:42.880
ranging from my own night vision to being able to
316
00:26:43.000 --> 00:26:48.200
smell and hear my prey. As I stated, I came
317
00:26:48.279 --> 00:26:52.599
to grow more and more powerful with age, much like
318
00:26:52.680 --> 00:26:57.880
what I would call my vampire cousins. It wasn't long
319
00:26:57.960 --> 00:27:01.960
before I found the little girl again. This time I
320
00:27:02.000 --> 00:27:05.839
caught her running through Gunter Square, a park in the
321
00:27:05.920 --> 00:27:11.160
downtown area of the village. I discreetly followed her, as
322
00:27:11.240 --> 00:27:14.960
not to gain the attention of the other trick or treaters.
323
00:27:16.000 --> 00:27:19.160
The little girl would run, but I both had her
324
00:27:19.279 --> 00:27:23.759
scent and could easily see where she ran to. She
325
00:27:23.920 --> 00:27:27.319
was using cunning since she was not so swift on
326
00:27:27.440 --> 00:27:31.960
her feet. In time, I closed the gap more and
327
00:27:32.160 --> 00:27:36.599
more between us and flew out from some nearby bushes
328
00:27:37.119 --> 00:27:40.880
to lay hold of her again. This time, the little
329
00:27:40.920 --> 00:27:45.000
girl would not be able to utilize her electrical gloves again.
330
00:27:45.960 --> 00:27:49.880
After knocking her upon her back, I quickly relieved her
331
00:27:49.920 --> 00:27:56.559
of said gloves. Now, little girl, you are mine, I said,
332
00:27:57.000 --> 00:28:01.279
feeling the thrill of both the hunt and the final capture.
333
00:28:02.359 --> 00:28:08.319
Get off me, the little girl yelled, in a squeaky voice.
334
00:28:08.880 --> 00:28:12.759
You're not safe yet weakly spooky will be right back.
335
00:28:16.880 --> 00:28:20.920
I would again underestimate her. When she moved her hand
336
00:28:21.000 --> 00:28:24.640
to one of the temples of her glasses and pressed it,
337
00:28:25.720 --> 00:28:29.119
I felt a sudden sting on my neck and knew
338
00:28:29.200 --> 00:28:35.440
I had taken some form of dart from those glasses. Seriously,
339
00:28:35.759 --> 00:28:40.000
who was this little girl? The dart made me feel
340
00:28:40.720 --> 00:28:46.000
tired very quickly, allowing the little girl to easily remove
341
00:28:46.079 --> 00:28:49.880
me from her body. She sprang to her feet again
342
00:28:50.519 --> 00:28:54.680
and ran off. Whatever was in that dart would not
343
00:28:54.920 --> 00:28:59.200
last long with me. Healing was another power I gained
344
00:28:59.599 --> 00:29:06.519
through my years of immortality. Ultimately, however, anyone whom I've
345
00:29:06.559 --> 00:29:11.440
ever hunted has fallen before me. You don't get to
346
00:29:11.480 --> 00:29:17.119
be a prolific killer from becoming careless. I resumed the
347
00:29:17.200 --> 00:29:21.720
hunt again. I couldn't believe how excited I became over
348
00:29:21.920 --> 00:29:25.680
just one little girl. I believe that I had become
349
00:29:25.759 --> 00:29:30.759
a bit bored during my immortality, but she gave me
350
00:29:30.880 --> 00:29:34.839
such a renewed sense of pleasure outside of an occasional
351
00:29:34.960 --> 00:29:39.680
sexual encounter. My husband from back in the day taught
352
00:29:39.680 --> 00:29:43.720
me so very much. Not only did he teach me
353
00:29:43.839 --> 00:29:48.599
about exotic pleasures. He also taught me how to hunt
354
00:29:49.440 --> 00:29:55.319
and to enjoy it immensely. Interestingly enough, I never once
355
00:29:55.440 --> 00:29:59.440
heard the little girl call out for help. In fact,
356
00:30:00.119 --> 00:30:03.319
I could smell that I was near her again when
357
00:30:03.359 --> 00:30:06.519
she flew from the bushes she was hiding in and
358
00:30:06.720 --> 00:30:10.680
succeeded in connecting with the flying kick that she had
359
00:30:10.720 --> 00:30:15.839
missed earlier. Back at my cottage again, she stunned me.
360
00:30:16.680 --> 00:30:19.480
As I was getting back to my feet. Her little
361
00:30:19.519 --> 00:30:22.960
foot connected with my face and sent me on to
362
00:30:23.079 --> 00:30:28.480
my back again. Her spinning kick was quite well practiced.
363
00:30:29.799 --> 00:30:33.279
The little girl remained there and kept me subdued for
364
00:30:33.319 --> 00:30:38.920
some minutes. However, she showed slight inexperience when I stopped
365
00:30:38.960 --> 00:30:42.519
her fist and dropped her onto her back with one
366
00:30:42.559 --> 00:30:46.400
of my own. The little girl refused to remain the
367
00:30:46.440 --> 00:30:50.480
prey and returned to her feet. She could still see
368
00:30:50.519 --> 00:30:55.160
me with her night vision glasses. Good. I wanted her
369
00:30:55.240 --> 00:31:00.240
to see how excited I had become all thanks to her.
370
00:31:01.359 --> 00:31:05.319
The two of us displayed our fighting skills against one another. Again.
371
00:31:06.200 --> 00:31:10.039
The little girl was quite practiced in whatever fighting arts
372
00:31:10.079 --> 00:31:13.720
she was taught. It seemed that she had trained in many,
373
00:31:14.200 --> 00:31:19.160
many different ones. However, the little girl would still prove
374
00:31:19.240 --> 00:31:24.960
inexperienced compared to one such as I. Through my years
375
00:31:25.000 --> 00:31:30.079
of immortality, I had learned many fighting techniques you needed
376
00:31:30.079 --> 00:31:32.640
to in order to be able to have lived for
377
00:31:32.680 --> 00:31:36.960
as long as I have. With a few swift punches,
378
00:31:37.519 --> 00:31:41.440
I had the little girl staggering. I made her fall
379
00:31:41.480 --> 00:31:46.160
with a swift, spinning kick of my own. She remained
380
00:31:46.200 --> 00:31:52.519
on her back, showing me that she was stunned herself. However,
381
00:31:53.119 --> 00:31:56.640
the little girl would prove she was still not finished
382
00:31:56.720 --> 00:32:01.599
yet when she raised her arm and caught me right
383
00:32:01.680 --> 00:32:07.400
in the heart with a a wooden steak. As I
384
00:32:07.480 --> 00:32:11.640
fell to my knees, I felt both the pain and
385
00:32:11.720 --> 00:32:17.279
the excitement. Truly I had found my greatest adversary in
386
00:32:17.359 --> 00:32:21.559
this little girl. For a time I wondered if this
387
00:32:21.599 --> 00:32:27.039
would truly be my end. Stakes would prove deadly against
388
00:32:27.079 --> 00:32:31.359
my vampire cousins. In the case of the younger ones,
389
00:32:32.039 --> 00:32:35.160
all it would take would be a well placed stake
390
00:32:35.240 --> 00:32:41.200
through the heart that alone can end them. Elder vampires
391
00:32:41.680 --> 00:32:48.920
or masters would also require decapitation. I bled profusely. But
392
00:32:49.920 --> 00:32:55.079
what kept me alive? Perhaps it was sheer will, Maybe
393
00:32:55.119 --> 00:33:00.279
it was because I wasn't entirely like my vampire cousins.
394
00:33:00.720 --> 00:33:03.839
It could even have been possible that I truly wanted
395
00:33:03.880 --> 00:33:07.559
to see the outcome to the contest between myself and
396
00:33:07.640 --> 00:33:12.640
the little girl. I truly desired her more than anything else.
397
00:33:12.720 --> 00:33:17.039
Now her blood and her meat would truly be worth
398
00:33:17.079 --> 00:33:23.920
savoring in my rejuvenation and in sustenance. Just die, the
399
00:33:24.000 --> 00:33:27.279
little girl yelled, as she had come within a hair's
400
00:33:27.319 --> 00:33:33.160
breath of decapitating me. Truly, the little girl belonged to
401
00:33:33.279 --> 00:33:37.799
my world. She just kept raising my excitement in hunting
402
00:33:38.079 --> 00:33:42.400
and finally capturing her. When the little girl missed me,
403
00:33:43.039 --> 00:33:46.400
she left herself wide open. All it would take for
404
00:33:46.480 --> 00:33:50.359
me to finally render her unconscious was a judo blow
405
00:33:50.759 --> 00:33:54.720
to the back of the neck. She cried out and
406
00:33:54.839 --> 00:33:58.599
fell on to her chest. Even though I felt the
407
00:33:58.640 --> 00:34:02.200
pain of the stake still in my own chest, the
408
00:34:02.319 --> 00:34:07.160
excitement of finally gaining the little girl drove back the pain.
409
00:34:08.440 --> 00:34:14.360
You've made me quite dirty this night, I murmured, I
410
00:34:14.440 --> 00:34:18.679
do believe that a bath is called for, don't you think?
411
00:34:20.000 --> 00:34:23.360
Then I easily lifted the little girl from the ground
412
00:34:23.880 --> 00:34:27.719
and on to my shoulder. From there I brought my
413
00:34:27.880 --> 00:34:32.480
captured prey back to the cottage.
414
00:34:33.360 --> 00:34:37.599
More scarce to come weekly, Spooky will be right back.
415
00:34:41.239 --> 00:34:45.360
The little girl finally opened her eyes and discovered that
416
00:34:45.440 --> 00:34:49.800
she had been secured with ropes and bungee cords. When
417
00:34:49.840 --> 00:34:53.320
it came to the latter. I learned of those techniques
418
00:34:53.360 --> 00:34:58.119
from another prolific killer that I came to admire and respect,
419
00:34:59.039 --> 00:35:03.760
in the Angel Death, also known as Rage and Devereux.
420
00:35:04.679 --> 00:35:09.480
Her name was legend in the United States, especially here
421
00:35:09.519 --> 00:35:15.000
in Strickfield. Even though I learned many techniques for hunting, killing,
422
00:35:15.079 --> 00:35:20.199
and fighting, there was always room to learn more and more.
423
00:35:21.159 --> 00:35:24.639
The little girl's eyes were wide open when she saw
424
00:35:24.679 --> 00:35:29.800
me enjoying a most pleasuring bath. I was beginning to
425
00:35:29.960 --> 00:35:36.079
wonder if you would ever awaken Aileen Donnery, I said softly.
426
00:35:37.199 --> 00:35:40.280
I could see the anger upon her face as she
427
00:35:40.440 --> 00:35:44.639
struggled to break free, never mind that I was completely
428
00:35:44.719 --> 00:35:50.440
soaked head to foot with blood. I know you should
429
00:35:50.440 --> 00:35:55.039
be a part of this rejuvenating bath, mortal, I told her,
430
00:35:55.840 --> 00:35:58.639
Not only did you give me the most wonderful night
431
00:35:58.719 --> 00:36:02.639
of hunting and on Halloween at that, for the first
432
00:36:02.679 --> 00:36:07.320
time ever, I truly did not wish to kill someone
433
00:36:07.599 --> 00:36:12.559
that I was hunting truly, you have gained my utmost
434
00:36:12.639 --> 00:36:17.760
respect this night. You are the first since my long
435
00:36:17.880 --> 00:36:23.559
deceased husband. Believe me, I tried so hard to end you.
436
00:36:24.400 --> 00:36:28.440
I couldn't even bleed you just a little to fill
437
00:36:28.559 --> 00:36:33.800
my tub. I made sure Aileen saw my naked chest
438
00:36:34.880 --> 00:36:39.079
because of you, I require a great deal more blood
439
00:36:39.360 --> 00:36:44.119
to undo your most violent attack on me. I raised
440
00:36:44.119 --> 00:36:48.400
my hand in front of me. You needn't worry. I'm
441
00:36:48.440 --> 00:36:51.920
not even the least bit angry with you. I know
442
00:36:52.039 --> 00:36:57.960
I should be, but I'm still much too excited over you.
443
00:36:59.000 --> 00:37:02.159
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for tonight.
444
00:37:03.280 --> 00:37:11.000
I mean that sincerely. Then Aileen screamed through her gag. Oh,
445
00:37:11.159 --> 00:37:14.559
I was wondering when you'd finally see all the bodies
446
00:37:15.039 --> 00:37:19.519
that I had to drain. I said, you see, I
447
00:37:19.599 --> 00:37:23.159
didn't have much time to dispose of them after bleeding
448
00:37:23.199 --> 00:37:27.320
them for my bath, not after you stalked me and
449
00:37:27.480 --> 00:37:32.760
made me bleed quite fiercely. Aileen roared through her gag
450
00:37:32.880 --> 00:37:36.920
and thrashed. The more she fought to break loose. The
451
00:37:36.920 --> 00:37:41.599
more I pondered her situation and finally came to a decision.
452
00:37:42.360 --> 00:37:47.039
One moment I must rinse first, knowing that I was
453
00:37:47.159 --> 00:37:51.920
fully rejuvenated. I drained the tub and stood up. Then
454
00:37:52.000 --> 00:37:55.239
I turned on the water and took a normal shower.
455
00:37:56.360 --> 00:37:59.920
Once I was thoroughly clean, I turned off the water
456
00:38:00.360 --> 00:38:04.719
and grabbed a large towel. After wrapping it around myself,
457
00:38:04.800 --> 00:38:08.760
I got out and went to a leen. All right,
458
00:38:09.239 --> 00:38:13.760
I'll remove the gag, I said, you still can't escape
459
00:38:13.840 --> 00:38:18.559
in any case. After I removed the gag, Aileen looked
460
00:38:18.599 --> 00:38:24.480
menacingly at me. You're a a monster. I smiled a
461
00:38:24.480 --> 00:38:28.920
little once. I would have tortured you before killing you
462
00:38:29.239 --> 00:38:33.719
and bathing in your blood. Over the many centuries, I've
463
00:38:33.760 --> 00:38:41.079
become more understanding of things, I sighed, I understand why
464
00:38:41.159 --> 00:38:45.159
you'd think that way of me. However, I would hope
465
00:38:45.199 --> 00:38:49.519
that you would understand my situation here. What you just
466
00:38:49.639 --> 00:38:54.679
witnessed is how I remain young and beautiful. You're still
467
00:38:54.719 --> 00:39:00.960
a monster, the little girl squeaked. I sighed, there's no
468
00:39:01.199 --> 00:39:04.920
point in arguing with you, Aileen. Oh, I did go
469
00:39:05.039 --> 00:39:09.920
through your wallet and discovered your identity through both your
470
00:39:09.960 --> 00:39:16.800
state issued and your high school ideas. Just kill me already,
471
00:39:17.400 --> 00:39:23.039
Aileen quipped. I laughed. I couldn't possibly kill you now,
472
00:39:23.559 --> 00:39:28.000
even though I know I should, as I was trying
473
00:39:28.039 --> 00:39:35.159
to explain. You've won my deepest respect. No, I'll take
474
00:39:35.239 --> 00:39:40.320
you with me. I'll care for you as my new companion.
475
00:39:41.400 --> 00:39:45.119
It does get a bit lonely living my life. I
476
00:39:45.239 --> 00:39:51.760
must admit you would change that. I'm so sorry. But
477
00:39:51.880 --> 00:39:56.760
Aileen there already has a companion, this voice called out.
478
00:39:57.760 --> 00:40:02.079
I turned to see her friend with the unnatural pigtails,
479
00:40:02.599 --> 00:40:06.719
dressed in a gothic costume. How did you find us,
480
00:40:07.159 --> 00:40:13.719
I demanded, mortal technology, she answered, we're both using tracking
481
00:40:13.760 --> 00:40:20.119
apps on our phones. Then she looked at me with admiration. Wow,
482
00:40:21.079 --> 00:40:26.719
you really are her. You are Elizabeth Bathory, the Blood Countess.
483
00:40:27.480 --> 00:40:31.199
Your name is most legendary, more so in hell than
484
00:40:31.599 --> 00:40:36.159
here in the mortal realm. She raised her fists. But
485
00:40:36.280 --> 00:40:39.599
I don't care who you are right now. You took
486
00:40:39.679 --> 00:40:44.599
my friend there and those other mortals. That means you're
487
00:40:44.639 --> 00:40:48.960
getting your ass handed to you. I narrowed my eyes.
488
00:40:49.679 --> 00:40:53.480
I'm impressed that you know me, but that won't The
489
00:40:53.559 --> 00:40:57.400
sudden and surprising fireball from her mouth hit me square
490
00:40:57.440 --> 00:41:01.559
in the chest, causing me to land on my back.
491
00:41:02.679 --> 00:41:07.679
Soon this demonic cheerleader stood over me. I'll send father
492
00:41:07.840 --> 00:41:11.559
my regards. Once you're on your way to Hell, she said,
493
00:41:12.719 --> 00:41:19.480
and then I blacked out. A few weeks later, I
494
00:41:19.599 --> 00:41:25.000
discreetly found those girls to be clear. I again used
495
00:41:25.079 --> 00:41:30.360
self hypnosis to escape my fate. Those girls thought me
496
00:41:30.760 --> 00:41:36.000
to be dead, but I escaped from the Strickfield General Hospital, Morgue.
497
00:41:36.239 --> 00:41:40.039
After I came out of my trance, I determined that
498
00:41:40.159 --> 00:41:45.079
I would leave Strickfield only upon learning who the demonic
499
00:41:45.199 --> 00:41:50.960
girl was. I would discover that she was Lucibella Tabon,
500
00:41:51.960 --> 00:41:56.519
the elder Princess of Hell and the daughter of Satan
501
00:41:57.159 --> 00:42:03.079
and Bella Tabon. Strickfield is a place of legend. Indeed,
502
00:42:04.440 --> 00:42:08.079
as it turned out, a Leen and Lusabella were out
503
00:42:08.159 --> 00:42:12.440
on Halloween hunting for a gang of vampires. In fact,
504
00:42:13.280 --> 00:42:16.920
that was where I discovered them. At the nest those
505
00:42:17.039 --> 00:42:24.000
girls had just cleansed. Most unfortunate that our paths crossed. However,
506
00:42:24.559 --> 00:42:29.639
I wouldn't seek to challenge Lusabella Tabon this day. A
507
00:42:29.760 --> 00:42:34.440
Leen Donnerly had truly won my respect, so I would
508
00:42:34.519 --> 00:42:39.639
leave them be for the time being. Halloween was over,
509
00:42:40.239 --> 00:42:44.599
so I would take my leave of Strickfield until next October,
510
00:42:45.480 --> 00:42:52.360
unless circumstances deemed that I should return sooner. But make
511
00:42:52.519 --> 00:42:58.000
no mistake, a Leen Donnerly, our paths will most certainly51200:42:58.119 --> 00:43:03.679
cross again. They must. I was already looking forward to51300:43:03.760 --> 00:43:07.719
our next hunt, but I would grant Aileen until next51400:43:07.760 --> 00:43:12.679
Halloween and return for her. Then, I felt that I51500:43:12.719 --> 00:43:16.639
owed her a generous extension of her life for winning51600:43:16.719 --> 00:43:21.920
my respect. As for the elder Princess of Hell herself,51700:43:22.639 --> 00:43:27.360
I intended to repay her for striking me down. I51800:43:27.480 --> 00:43:30.639
vowed that in a year's time I would be ready51900:43:30.719 --> 00:43:36.360
to do battle with her as well. Elizabeth Bathory was52000:43:36.400 --> 00:43:42.440
a real person, Aileen suddenly asked, So they were discussing52100:43:42.559 --> 00:43:49.079
me indeed, Lusabella confirmed, in fact, I don't know why52200:43:49.159 --> 00:43:52.559
she spared your life. She has a reputation for being52300:43:52.679 --> 00:43:56.840
quite merciless, yet she had you dead to rights. I'd52400:43:56.840 --> 00:44:00.280
have come for you sooner, but that vampire gang jumped52500:44:00.320 --> 00:44:03.679
me in Gunter's square. She looked at the remains of52600:44:03.719 --> 00:44:08.800
the nest. That'll teach those bastards. What all do you52700:44:08.920 --> 00:44:14.320
know about Bathory, Aileen asked her friend. Let's discuss it52800:44:14.480 --> 00:44:19.119
on the way to Denoyer's grill. Lusabella answered, I've worked52900:44:19.159 --> 00:44:23.639
up quite an appetite clearing out this nest. And while53000:44:23.679 --> 00:44:27.840
the elder Princess of Hell would explain to Aileen Donnerly53100:44:28.440 --> 00:44:34.280
all about me, I would take my leave of Strickfield53200:44:35.360 --> 00:44:45.760
until next October, and that my Spooky's is our Halloween53300:44:45.880 --> 00:44:50.679
tale for tonight. But don't go too far, because tomorrow53400:44:50.760 --> 00:44:55.159
the nightmares don't stop. They just move to Elm Street53500:44:55.639 --> 00:44:58.639
as we do a deep dive into the film Nightmare53600:44:58.679 --> 00:45:03.239
on Elm Street, exploring Freddie Krueger, the dreamscapes, and all53700:45:03.280 --> 00:45:08.119
the terror that made it a slasher legend. And on53800:45:08.199 --> 00:45:13.920
Saturday we head back to Strickfield for one fateful Halloween.53900:45:14.639 --> 00:45:17.840
You will not want to miss it. And on Monday,54000:45:17.920 --> 00:45:21.159
we're crossing from fiction to fact in a brand new54100:45:21.199 --> 00:45:24.840
episode of Terrifying and True where we'll be syncing our54200:45:24.920 --> 00:45:29.400
teeth into the real life horror of the Vampire of Sacramento,54300:45:29.920 --> 00:45:33.559
a true crime case so disturbing it makes Elizabeth Bathory54400:45:34.039 --> 00:45:37.159
seem tasteful. And if you love what we're doing here54500:45:37.159 --> 00:45:39.639
