Brad leaves a neglectful home expecting an awkward reunion with the father who abandoned him. When they stop at Moonlight Drive during a storm, an escaped killer from San Pascualito has already turned the truck stop into a slaughterhouse. Brad is trapped inside with the masked Phantom Killer and only the lessons he learned hours earlier to defend himself.
