A Christmas Eve blizzard traps strangers inside Vera’s Roadhouse while a body-hopping killer turns suspicion, isolation, and old grudges into weapons.

A nameless traveler reaches the roadside shelter with a voice called Simon in his head and a job he refuses to abandon. Outside, abandoned cars and bodies appear beneath lines from Robert Frost; inside, the patrons begin dying by impossible methods. Every discovery points to a different suspect until the survivor realizes the murderer is not tied to one face. It is a wandering presence that treats human bodies as temporary disguises—and it wants a stronger host.
